The reason I mentioned that Sandeep Bagchi could be introduced as an accident victim was because the house is one of the many things that Ashni need to talk about. As of now Ashni and even BB have pushed this issue under the carpet. It just does not seem correct that Ashu has not paid Mallika because of his misplaced guilt. Ashni need to realize her deceit in this matter and Ashu's eyes should open to the fact that Mallika has not been a saint and in a manner of speaking she has actually tried to buy his loyalties by gifting him the house.

Now, please I do not want Mallika back but by bringing in Bagchi as an accident victim in critical condition into KGH can help bring a closure to that story. Nidhi and Bagchi recognize each other. It could be a death-bed confession from him to Ashni and he can narrate everything Mallika did back then, one side using her brother to pressurize an already troubled Nidhi and forcing her to sell the house and on the other hand sending him as her representative to buy the same house. I honestly want Ashu and even BB to realize the pain and torture Nidhi has undergone because of Mallika even before the Mallu track and AShu to pay her off and be free of his guilt. Also by doing so he can finally cut off all relations with Mallika and this will bring about a nice conclusion to the house track and Mallika as well.

its a great way to open that track...IF they have the intention of opening it...Nidhi might be assigned to take care of him OR he could have head injury wherein Ashu has to step in...Sandeep sees Nidhi in the hospital and mentions in his talk to Ashu...not knowing that AshNi are a couple now...he could say "i know that girl...i met her before..." something like that...
