Today in the flashback scene Roshni said something like "kuch din wait karo phir tumhe hai bhi God pe beleive ho jayega Arjun"
And when he was shot he remembered that dialouge then he wake up and took that coin and realised that coin that prasad saved him. He also had fb of Riya putting it in his pocket. I m sure today he realised that actualy God have saved him.
Roshni wanted him to beleive in God n today thnk to Riya he realised God has saved him today. I felt like their trying to show Riya completed Roshni's uncompleted work.

she sure did...n she has a lot of incomplete work left to do...to make arjun bow before god,to make arjun laugh like before, to make arjun fall in love again n to make arjun LIVE again...but i know my tigress will do it...😉
