Initially I was disappointed. But what we need to understand is that Arpita was just a figment of Yash's imagination; she was a part of his subconscious mind. So everything Arpita said came from Yash's heart. Unless Yash himself loves Aarti and
wants to move on with her, Arpita wouldn't say that. That's why Arpita said Aarti's faith instead of Aarti's love. Yash is not ready to believe that Aarti loves him, but he's willing to accept that she does trust him. So unless we see Yash wanting to reciprocate Aarti's feelings, we won't get anything from Arpita so soon, since everything Arpita said was what Yash himself felt.
Another key thing is that she said that he hadn't done anything wrong. So deep down, Yash knows he has no fault. But with his subconscious mind projecting an image of Arpita in front of him, it gave him the reassurance that the physical intimacy between him and Aarti was not wrong in any way. Yash is starting to get feelings for Aarti, but he is not ready to move on from Arpita even though he now accepts her death.
That's what I believe Arpita's presence was depicting yesterday!
