Ganga has another child

Do you think it's possible that ganga might have another child. Cause i was watchin old episodes and i saw one where tulsi and damini were commenting that ganga looked larger and she said she was getting treatment done to get pregnant again. So i was wondering if she found out after she left that was pregnant and now she's determined to kept that child away from SN and sahil?

no, after she left SN after lakshya was born a third child?

no i'll explain. when tulsi commented that ganga was looking larger, that was when tulsi was out of jail for killing ansh. ganga gave birth to lakshya after. and that is like so way before ganga left sn. hope i helped 😊

yh..nm123 has helped u. Ganga has infertility problem...thats when they adopt Nakul from Damini and Gautam. Later she takes treatment and she gets pregnanat again. She has one direct child lakshya and one adopted Nakul.
