Spice Girls Hangout:Towel or peetal bartan?

Khushi and Arnav's talk about their future was a highlight for me, it was beautifully done with both in tune with their characters especially with Arnav at a loss for words but Khushi understanding what he wanted to say. What a meaningful scene!!

NK and Manorama continue to dance, though I love them to bits wouldn't have been better to show Payal and Akash dancing this song?? They are lovebirds too and it would've given them more to do, specifically Akash. Stop ignoring the poor guy, he deserves more

Now I see why Arnav and Khushi's dance was not promoted, it was short and a dream sequence but I loved it nonetheless. How cute are these two?? Never gets tiring to watch them especially in their scenes tonight

So NK and Manorama want Arnav to propose to Khushi and she welcomes the idea fully, Arnav true to his character sees no point to it now but Khushi knows how to challenge him and pushes all the right buttons to get her way. Adorable!!

The next scene shocked me to no end, completely unexpected and so not ASR. However, I do not see this as killing his character, this is simply a guy in love who is well aware of the hell he put his wife through all these months. This is his chance to rectify his actions and fulfill the dreams he once shattered, we've all done things that are out of character for our loves and that is exactly what Arnav did. It was all for Khushi, his eyes fully focused on her and by the end moving her to tears. So while the towel scene was a bit much, their reactions made the scene all worth it! These two deserve a happily ever after .

Bromance continues with Akash included, it's a baby step by the CVs but one I am happy to see. So the brothers want to plan a bachelor party and much to their shock, it is Khushi who is for it while Arnav is against it. Khushi gives NK the go ahead to make plans while Akash looks shocked, poor guy is probably thinking where was my bachelor party and why am I not in charge of this one??

So Khushi assures Arnav she is completely fine with the idea, not realizing this is much more than just guys getting together and having a good time. So what will Khushi do once Payal tells her the details? Will we get the chance to see a restless and jealous Khushi?? I certainly hope so!!! Will she crash their party and that too with company in hand??? Knowing Khushi being pagal but cute, wouldn't put it past her and it seems neither would Arnav. Did you see the look on his face at the end? He's definitely upto something

Overall, an episode I loved. It was another episode with focus fully on Arnav and Khushi with little focus on Shyam and Dadi which to me is all that matters. This is a wedding and I would rather see episodes dominated more by cheesy, mushy scenes than the drama since obviously next week we will see Khushi and Arnav's happiness come to a crushing halt.

Kya episode tha! Wah! Full on Stinky cheese! Mazza Aagaya! Its on constant replay mode today.

Although I was expecting him to begin singing a Sallu song. So I was ready with my haath on my kaan. But yahaan ulta pulta hogaya. He proposed by dancing.😲

After many watches I felt it was cute and definitely a unique way to propose.

I've never thought of ASR as being the type to go down on one knee to propose but if he did then I expected something like a Monica and Chandler style proposal..the very emotional, dil thodne wala type.😳

But this was brilliant. Minus the tauliya. Because this gave us this girl's smile, which was becoming rare.😃

The first dance, The dream wala was perfect. I like this kinda dancing. But it was short! Thoda lamba kardete!

Khushi has the cutest conversations. Ladki has already planned her life after bees, tees, chaalis saal.

Even Chotte got emotional. He's never had to plan his future with somebody. Excusez-moi now i'm emoshunal...These two are so cute.😳

Excited for tomorrow, Khushi doesn't know what she has done, bechari has no idea what these lafangas get up to at a bachelors party. Its going to be great seeing Khushi crashing it. You go Girl!😛

Hello Sari and SG's!

I loved the episode today because I saw it through the eyes of a couple madly in love with each other; of a young boy who was forced to grow up and shut out happiness and smiles from his heart, of a young man who had learnt to love and trust again, to live life and rejoice again and of a girl who is overjoyed at her wedding celebrations and her hubby's love for her.

My favorite scene was the one where Arnav decides that the sangeet was more of a sazaa than mazaa and asks Khushi to stop it, when she responds that years later when they look back at these memories they will remember the happy times. Just loved the whole scene; right from her clutching onto his arm to the "hame ganj bilkul pasand nahi" to the mimic of the 70 yr old Arnav's "what the" to the "hum sare pal ek saath mil ke jiyenge". Arnav expression and joy on his face priceless👏👏

I wish they had used Payash for the pehla pehla pyar hai sequence; I enjoyed the ARHI dream, it was nicely done and both looked fabulous. Liked how the whole "do it" played out with Khushi stressing that she would like a formal proposal. Arnav was spot on with his reaction of why does he need to propose a few days before the wedding esp. since he knows that Khushi wants to marry him too. But he does it anyways for his Khushi in a way that was sure to light up her face with joy❤️. I am not a fan of ASR dancing and definitely not to mujhse shaadi karogi" and that too with a towel but I will just overlook the dance and remember the thrilled expression on Khushi's face. Loved how he took her on stage, went on his knees and proposed, her acceptance with a signature Khushi style hug while the family rejoices around them. What struck me was Anjali's dialogue that she has never seen Chote so happy. It is important for the family to realize just how much in love ARHI are, so that they can individually do their bit to bridge the gap between ODC when the storm hits.

The morning kicks off with some bromance and some suggestions by NK for "kauvo ka jalsa"🤣 Loved Arnav's expressions when Khushi insists on the guys having a zabardast party and when she asks NK to ensure Arnav has fun. A necklace 360 and cute dialogue about how the crappy necklace looked good once Khushi wore it was followed by Khushi again insisting that Arnav enjoy his BP; Arnav's expression and OK was spot on leaving us in anticipation of how it will play out tomorrow.

I thought Barun was great in the dream sequence; but that may also have to do with having the perfect dancer as a partner. His movements looked a little awkward in the solo performance but his expressions were spot on during both performances! I'm glad we got a dream dance because the sangeet would truly be incomplete without Sanaya's performance.

It's been a year that I have been on the forum and I have to say my IPK journey would not have been such fun had I not met the bunch of you. Not to mention the loads of other member posts that I follow throughout the day. Such passionate, opioniated, good writers, not so good writers get together to discuss a 20 mins fictional show . And what an uproar just about every day..I have yet to see a day when the entire forum is in consensus. Just like any other day today as well the forum was on fire'.

Ok so Arnie wanted to do an Item No. for Khsuhi after her favorite hero SK and he chose a challu song with a towel ' SHOCKING , yes but ADORABLE. He bought out the tapori in me .

I'm sorry Sari I have to say I enjoyed it as I could not stop laughing at the Khushification of Arnav. I swear I tried to hate it but could not !!! Was his character trashed or assainated . Maybe ' But he did say it openly that he is doing it for His Love for Khushi. I thought that was very ASRish ' a guy who does not feel embarrassed by his acts of love for her. It was a very short 1 minute dance and his effort - the actor and the character ' was evident. He is not a dancer . It was an effort to please her for me it is good enough .

The opening scene with the talk of the future was so beautiful. Casual talk between the two something we always wanted. Liked the interaction between the two which was missing yesterday. NK & mami dance on that romantic no was very awkward though the follow up with ArHI was very nice . Sanaya has fantastic dance moves and covers up for Baruns lack of rhythm.

Shyam seems to have found a true match in dadi and one person that Shyam will have to look out for. I loved the way she questions him about the pic. I hope dadi can soon pick on his plans.

All in all a good episode and tomorrow is the bachelor party. How many of you want to bet that Khushi will land there tomorrow.

For folks who cannot get past that towel dance ' after 20, 30 , 40 years when you will watch this episode again you will wonder ' Whats's not to like ? WHAT THE !!!!

So yes, I cringed a little as well and never was I happier to see Anjali Di interrupt yet another ASR move, but but but but but'' pyaar aur jung mein sab jaayaz hai yaar. Tension nahin lene ka, kya? This was definitely a case of "it was so bad it was good"!

Coming up: a rare Monalisa defense of ASR. You have been warned.

Did we expect to see ASR banish his Khushi to the poolside for 7/28/37/44 nights? Nahin na? Did we expect a stoned ASR to confess to his Khushi that his heart beats only for her and promptly pretend it never happened? Nahin na? Did we expect ASR to accuse his Khushi of not being in possession of (a) character right after she tried to kill herself? Nahin na? Did we expect ASR to not give his Khushi a chance to defend herself against his verbal assaults? Nahin na? Did we expect ASR to tell his Khushi that he wished he had never met her? Nahin na? Did we expect ASR to perform a supremely cheesy Bollywood number to make his Khushi happy? Nahin. Such a small crime in the face of the other far more egregious ones, no? At least, this one outraged me enough to forget about the major satyanash looming over everything. Chalo maaf kiya. Also, let's not forget that he actually made his Khushi truly ecstatic; and since her smile makes the IPK globe turn, all's well' for the time being. 😃

On to lifaafa ve, I can't even win a sharth I make with myself. Yesterday, I was fully expecting to see a lukka chuppi between DH and the envelope for two whole episodes before it landed safely back in his arms on Monday, but Daadiji ne sab ulat palatkar rakh diya. Ab kal kya karenge vakil babu? Wait, do I dare hope for a DH less episode? I know, I know, bahut zyaada maang liya. Phir bhi, hope, shope...

Speaking of hope, Daadi looking suspiciously at damaadji and cryptically proclaiming that the perpetrator will be punished may have shown some folks aasha ki kiran and all that. Really, CVs? AFTER the promo, this? Back to DKD.

Shyamji, one of these days, please let us in on what that manzil of yours may be, it might actually bring back some interest to your character. As of now, it doesn't really look like you have a effing clue as to what you really want.
