Why didn't he want arnav to get the envelope and why was he so worried if he had it? Doesn't he want arnav to see it and get angry? I did not understand why he was worried?!
shyam ji dhamakaa karna chaahte hai! 😆 so i guess he's waiting for the right itme. if Arnav comes to know now, even if he gets upset, dere wl b enuff time left to settle his mind down fr the wedding. if however he happens to come across the truth immediately b4 the wedding, he wont get time to make his mind up in time n the wedding cud get effected. may b dats Shyam's plan. just a guess :)
