My questions:

1) Why do you like writing? Writingis my passion.It comes to me as naturally as does breathing.

2) Why the id Raaga.Om? Raaga used to be the name of a very aromatic shikhakai powder. Till date I havne't find its substitute.Poor Raaga lost out to its pardesi competitors but I thought I'll keep hr alive. Also though I am fascinated by music thought I know next to nothing about it. Om is because it is the essence of life and speaks something about my beliefs.

3) What other show do you watch other then KS? SP and Nimmo. Basically I play translator for grandmom during these shows.

Ram Kapoor or Jai Walia and why?? Munna. I admire RK and love his acting but he is real I am real.But Munna is fictional but more real than even the real. Munna makes me forget the O not so rosy real and he is mine and I can take any amount of liberties with him. I know him inside out but RK is jut an actor.And it's not in my nature to lust after real men!

How many hours do you spend drooling over your preffered choice?? ( ahem or should i say your gulab jamun )

Would you believe it Meetu? Not even a single second! Except when I am writing something about him or I am reading about him! Ok maybe for a few minutes after the day's episode when I'm discussing him with my mom.

Who are (or is) closet to you on IF? Sangita Di and MT.You are my angel sweetheart!

How much do you hate Pia and why?

Pia does not deserve even my hatred. Why is obvious.

Consider yourself a loyal person?Very.Too much for my own good.

Can you keep a secret? Yes.I'll guard it more than my life.

Very emotional, truthful, honest,responsible,compassionate and loyal.

Raaga's the name of my favorite late shikhakai. And the first time I heard the name, fell in love with it. Om represents the mystical part of me. I am Aarthi.

How has KS changed you as a person? Indirectly KS has changed me drastaically.KS brought me in to IF and and in to the KS parivar and this family has completely changed me for the better.I am an introvert and I have been a kind of a recluse for a great time, immersed in my own world.The sites I was associated with needed me to be in my shell. But kS and this place triggered off something latent in me a kind of a wake up call that I am a part of this universe that made me bolder more confident and set me thinking about relationships and issues I never even dreamt about, gave a new direction and definition to my feelings, opinions and made me aware of the fact that human relationships are like the sphinx. What do you believe are the good qualities of a person? What is your type of an ideal person? Honesty and consistency in your beliefs and the willingness to adapt but most of all have the courage to accept that you can be wrong and be willing to correct them. I don't think ideal persons can exist. We are human beings and it's inherent in us to get drawn towards the forbidden fruit.But I think we might try and become one. That's what the life is for. Realise your mistakes and try and redeem yourself and show the same path to your children.

What type of a person are you and would you like to be your ideal person like you said above?

I am a good person.I don't want to be the ideal human being like perhaps what Lord Rama was. As long as we are humans, 'Ideal' cannot exist and I don't went to be one because I don't think I am brave enough to endure all the untold obstacles I will have to face in becoming one. But I will try and follow what my mom says that be good do good and leave the rest to God. Don't care if following this principle has the world walking all over you and taking you for a fool.That doesn't mean you become a stone but strike a balance between what's right and what's right and good for you.How far will I be able to tread this path I don't know.Time only will tell.

Fave book and why? 'Pride and Prejudice' by Jane Austen. When I read that book, I am totally enamored of it because I realized that we our perception of a person is based on first impressions. Somewhere we are guilty of what the heroine and hero are guilty of. And somewhere we all have the ability to amend our mistakes and appreciate a person for what he is and foem an opinion about him based on your own judgement.And Austen's style is just awesome.You just have to get sucked in to her world.

6) Why are there references to your preferring females over males? Eh? This is news to me! That's all written in jest ns. I am a normal woman but I do think that women are more trustworthy and more consistent in their feelings and emotions than men are. I may be wrong of course because I have had so little to do with men all my life.
