A. Sorry for the lame title, couldn't think of anything creative!

And B. I know I'm a tad bit late, blame that on my sore throat! 🥱

Buut: what a heart wrenching scene between Raghav and Gayatri. (And Taashu and Komal obviously)

When Raghav came with the doctor and saw the state of his mother, Taashu and Komal; you could see the pain in his eyes.

He tried to get Gayatri to eat something but she told him that she was fine. How would she feel like eating in such a situation? But Raghav knew she hadn't eaten anything all day, and that's exactly what I do to my mum every day! Run around with a plate of food instead of the other way around! 😆

Gayatri carefully asked Raghav whether he spoke to Sia but he somberly shook his head. When viraj kicked the doctor out of the way, Raghav's first instinct was to do some damage but Gayatri stopped him. Things were clearly already in a mess, and Komal was already he;d at gunpoint, they couldn't risk anything else happening.

Raghav tried to barter with Viraj to let his family go, but Viraj being Viraj, he wouldn't relent. I love the moment when Raghav clenched his fist, showing how angry and how much he wanted to do some damage and Gayattri noticed this and just gave him a shook of her head, letting him know that nothing would be solved if he let matters into his own hands and Viraj just wasn't worth it. So Raghav gave his mother one last look before leaving.

Awesome post Lub!
I guess Raghav again blames himself for having put his mother and his family in this situation!
The actress playing Gayatri is simply great! 👏👏 I have always loved all her scenes but the best once are with HC!
I loved how he was trying to feed her and she said no but stil gave him the assurance that she is ok.
I loved how she knew her daughter-in-law, her own daughter and she herself are all in trouble... she knew how much all this was affecting her Raghav... yet she had the presence of mind to know about Sia... only a brave woman can still care for others and think of others!
She still was in her senses to make sure that she controls Raghav... knowing how Raghav was on the verge of loosing control!!
Raghav has surely got his fight-for-others nature from his own mother... both have different ways of dealing with a situation but still both aim for the right cause!
PS:about the title... being creative... well when you watch too much of noncreative stupidity like what is happening in the show, our own creativity goes out of the window!!😆😆
but still I think the title speaks for itself!

Thanks Lubz dear for the wonderful post... and the one based on mother son relation is rather timeless... Glad you brought it up ... so here you go 🤗... n sorry my like button is comatose yet again ... I know the other relations are involved but I'll stick to the mother-son duo for now.

A man loves his sweetheart the most, his wife the best, but his mother the longest.
-- Irish Proverb

And so devoid of all the bittersweet things that happened in the past between the mother son duo just evaporates ...when the mother is at stake.

The son who stayed away from his abode, his loved ones, so as to keep the dark secrets of his brother... knowing well that it would rip his mothers world apart if she ever found out.

The son who could not see her break the other day when the truth was out... She was shattered and so was he.

The son who wants to safeguard her with all his might... now sees her tied up, bruised, a hostage to a maniac... and it hurts him like hell.

It is taking him every ounce of his patience and inner strength to not wrench the abuser's neck..What's holding him back is his mothers constant reminders not to do so.

The mother in return asks of her child to be calm... knowing well that he could take down the demon single handed... but may harm himself in the duel... and she could not see her baby hurt... no mother could... She may be battered and bruised but she will not be able to see even a scar on her son...however small it may be... it would rip her heart apart.

As for the son feeding or rather trying to feed the mother... that's a role reversal one finds in real life... How many times, the now tied up hands would have fed the son... running around him just to get the morsel down his throat... just to see he has his tummy full... Now we had the son trying to be the mother out here...doing all he could to see that she was fed... maybe failing at it due to the current scenario... but the thought counts... she was still the first thing on his mind now... just he has been in hers.

One word from his mother one look from her eyes... means a thousand words to him... thousand meaningful conversations... That's the beauty of the relation of a mother and her child... and Gayatri-Raghav are no strangers to it.

Awesome Lubz.
Only Raghav and his family's scenes are worth watching in this serial. I simply enjoyed their small but beautiful scenes when he asked his mother how is she feeling and asked her to eat you can see the pain in his eyes. they talked about Sia When his mother clamed him down when he became angry hearing Viraj's word.
Other than thiseverything is crap. Viraj's all the action looked more comedy than scary.
I do not understand why CVs not paying attention they have such a talented actors but it is so sad that they all are getting wasted just becuase they glorifying evil.

Flutter 😳...I have a set of diaries devoted to beautiful proverbs collected from long back as and when I came across them... priceless gems of wisdom I say... I myself cannot get how these great writers can coin something so profound in such a simple way and yet strike a chord with us...

No yaar... I'm not a literature student literally speaking 😆... but yes... Literature has been my second love😉... And I surely do love the way you put in your thought at many threads...especially feedback threads..crisp and to the point!!!.😉

beautiful post lubz... i simply loved the way both were there for each other during this whole situation...
a headless chicken with a loaded revolver hovering over their heads...
u know the best part for me was wen she asked abt sia...moment ago she had heard her son confess that he loved sia to the cpre...but had sacrificed his love for his family's safety...
the mother could not see her son's love at the mercy of a maniac...
hence the concern for sia...
i loved how she kept a strong face infront of raghav...so that he does not break apart...]
i simply adored the way raghav bent down to her...as if apologising for the fiasco...and i loved how she made him get rid of the guilt by saying she was fine...
its good to see that inspite of being estranged for yrs...inspite of becoming so old...just one word from his mom...and raghav can control his anger...
that shot was brilliant!
all this happened in just a few seconds...but it was the awesome performance by the two actors which made u connect instantly...and made u hungry to see the depth that lay in those simple gestures...simple eye contacts...

@Sun; so true! Watching the two of them together is such a treat. <3 Especially with this ridiculous hostage situation going on! You said it spot on, Gayatri is Raghav's strength, she is the one person who can keep him calm with a single look. Have always adored the two of them on the same screen. <3 <3

@Sam; totally, it's the guilt taking over him and the pain is clear through his eyes. <3 Without a doubt, Raghav has gotten his fighting strength from his mother. With a mother so strong, it's no surprise that our Raghav is so similar to her, but then again they're both the same!
And your comment about the title, 😆 😆 Loved it! <3 It's almost impossible to be creative ourselves when we see the state of creativity in the show! <3 <3

@Sneha: And for that quote. here's one back! 🤗 I was trying to find a quote myself but you found a perfect one! Nice one. So beautiful. <3 Only a son who puts his family first is the one who would be in such pain seeing them in such state. And Gayatri knows the extent of her son's anger, that's why although she is in pain, she couldn't bear to see anything happen to her son, knowing full well what Viraj is capable of. <3 <3

@Flutter, I know what you mean, it's hard to enjoy such scenes when the CVs have rushed it to such an extent. But phir bhi, the actors are awesome in their roles and they manage to sell the scene so well. <3 <3

@Shiv: Agree with you Shiv, seeing RaghavI and scenes of Raghav with his family are the only good things worth watching <3 The CVs will realise it, eventually. I hope. <3 Their raw talent will not go un-noticed forever, one day the CVs will come to their senses! <3 <3

@Vandy Di; You've summed it up Di. They both ruled the scene. <3 The two of them are as strong as each other. That's where Raghav got his strength from; his mother. And if anyone can understand her son, it's Gayatri. She had to keep herself in one piece, otherwise what would happen to Raghav? I love the fact that their distance hasn't ruined their relationship. He only needs a single word or even a single look from his mother and he keeps his calm. <3 <3
