Yes, I think there is more to this past.
Khushi's parents death is somehow related to Arnav I am sure.
Why can't hero's past be bad??? That's just weird, if this hero is very anti-hero, then why can't his past be bad???
I highly doubt that it was a suicide...I think Arnav's uncle framed them + killed them because he wanted their property which he did by killing them, and by throwing both siblings out of that mansion.
He made it look like a suicide it's not a suicide. I still believe that Arnav's father was a cheap man. He had an affair with Garima. Actually, I think Arnav's uncle is responsible for Khushi's parents death as well!

The only way Khushi should be responsible of Arnav's parents death if she killed them with her own hands lol or they were dead while saving her somehow lol. That's not the case, but if she was related to someone who was the cause of the death is just plain stupid. Garima is not even her mother, or is she??? LOL!
