Completely agree, Ram Kapoor was absolutely brilliant in the scene..today. He has taken the character of Jai Walia to new heights.He actually made us feel the pain of Jai Walia and cry along with him..

He is an absolutely fab actor! Like MT put it across earlier, this is truly the scene of the year..
