offscreen: pankhuri i.e disha says that she goes to meet shivam as he is neha's relative and new to town and somebody captures their pics and send the pics to adi's house.

when reporter asks her who must have did this ??? she says mami must have done.

onscreen: everybody is seeing the pics... pankhu is crying and avantika is angry and adi is keenly observing every pic.

So Pankhu telling Shivam is Neha's cousin...so probably Adi will understand Shivam is not her bf
