Pratyusha Banerjee — who plays Anandi in the popular serial 'Balika Vadhu' is being speculated of quitting the most acclaimed soap of television.

But, highly placed sources from B –Town reveal that Banerjee has been approached by filmmaker Vikram Bhatt for his next and the latter has perhaps discreetly signed the film contract too without the consent of her television producers and channel.
If sources are to be believed, to be hassle free legally, Pratyusha has already informed the Cine & TV Artistes' Association" (CINTAA). It is learnt that Pratyusha has taken legal assistance and got the contract of the film to the notice of CINTAA, so that the Channel or Producer should not end up slapping a legal notice breach of contract to the most popular bahu of the television industry.
Pratyusha elaborated by saying, "It is wrong information, I have not submitted any letter to any association and I will continue to work with the team of Balika Vadhu."
Asked if she met Vikram Bhatt or knew him personally, Prayusha refuted, "How does this relate, I don't want to comment on it."
