Rishabh Kundra - An epitome of CHILDHOOD LOST
Okay snoozers in long-ish posts - Grab your caffine doses in double amounts and rest a footstool beneath your feet and enjoy...
Yes This one is a serious post.. Khabie khabie I take a break from BBB-ing and get serious.
An image, which has utilised every last drop from the fevicol tube has firmly cemented itself on to my mind.
An image of a 29 year old. tantrum chucking, twinkling superstar RK. His hand deeplily wounded and heavily bleeding.. yet still carrying an antique sitting apparatus with a forcible strength, passion and detemination. He dragged this 'life support machine', his late fathers throne. In every step of this arduous hill climb his physical pain and struggle, profound grief and independence was evident. Whether this was the journey of his life, or just one up the stairs.. it was a journey he wanted to complete by himself, without the help of of even his birth giver. Like a glass of water or a face towel this too was for his take on a silver platter, but he meaningfully rejected it.
Why would a son refuse help from his mother? Her blood runs through his every vein, the same blood that incidently was oozing out of his wounds, ironically his mother has given him a life- but at the same time has taken away all it's non materialistic pleasures from it.
This is the mother to whom he was bonded with as a young child, until he was almost a young adult. Undoubtedly he had a enduring loving relationship with his father who untimely met his end (through death abandoning him). An untimely death of a parent can cause grief to a child, especially for one which was as young as Rishabh (at 12), On encountering such an awful experience of his fathers suicide. The thought which would still make one shudder. Rishabh's fathers' death flashback and his happy memories are the only time we ever get to see RK's human side. After such an event he's left to play a match of life - without a coach. This was the very time when he needed consolation from the other parent. Rishabhs least concern at the time would have been financial matters or stability. He needed a friend.. a guide.
BUT before he could count 1,2,3 within the same breath - his mother remarried.
There are plenty of young mothers who'd do what Mrs ex Kundra, Now Mrs Bhatia has done, and one cannot condone her for it as each persons circumstances are subjected.
BUT Rishabh was a minor to understand this. However Rishabh cannot be blamed for his hatred for the Bhatias because they are indeed a nasty piece of work. And it's surprising that RK's mom fails to realise this. BUT for a child to adapt to a step parent is indeed a task especially when the step parent is a manipulative being.
A child finds it utmost difficult to break loyalties with a late parent and embrace a new partner of their parent in any ordinary situation let alone one where you are thrown a man like Mr Bhatia to deal with. RK seemed unknown of this marriage as per the flashback.. which means his mother neglected her sons opinion and feelings in the matter. Naturally the dynamics will change because a son will always find it more difficult to accept another man in his mothers life, esp who will be taking over his loving fathers place. RK was not naive nor was he at a vulnerable age to not remember. BUT he was still a young boy who needed support. Sometimes when a parent remarries - you are let with a feeling of resentment, you feel your parent is shared and also your home ceases to feel like home. You can almost feel like an intruder in your own rightful territory.
These kind of people later cherish their own possessions and merits. RK owning his mansion is a distinction in his achievement in life.. something that he has accomplished, something that is his own.. yet somewhere unknown to him he has a human side which allows the Bhatias to also reside in his rightful territory. Name, fame and his materials are something that RK can call his own, although they do not give him a satisfaction nor real happiness but they are enough to keep him running in the race of life.
Rishabh within is still a lost soul not only because he is sold through his work but because his childhood was ripped from him. He's had to mature overnight and become independent. His fathers love was torn from him and he tore himself away from his mothers love. His rebellion and 'I don't owe the world anything' is his subconcious scream for help - which he also doesn't realise. Rishabh Kundra is craving for love...
Love is an emotion that within time can heal the greatest pain.
The worst thing is that RK didn't have a sibling that he could have shared his pain of betrayal with, no consolation from a brother or sister that would have had feelings that would have mirrored with his own emotions.
Any reasoning and dealings have only come from within himself to himself.
His only safety net comes in the form of his fathers chair, in which he wraps himself like it was a cocoon which will provide an airtight solution for him, so that dust cannot settle on his cherished childhood memories.
Why Madhu? Madhu has a heart - a more generous heart than many others. She cannot just be his equal to BBB him - but she is his equal because she will bring him down to a human level and teach him how to love. RK will be showered with love by someone as compassionate as Madhu in return.
Will love be enough? Yes and No. It will certainly make Rishabh's life more pleasing, but the hatred within him will always compromise his full chances of embracing happiness in life.
Mr Bhatia is one of the main causes of RK's sorrow... until things are not ironed out between the two.. RK may never feel at peace. Sometimes for your own peace you have to forgive and forget. I feel again Madhu will be the solder that will join these two pieces together... Rishabh and the Bhatias.
Right now RK goes through transferrable hatred phases. He gets angy at Madhu - so Bittu is put to test, He gets angry at the Bhatias so Madhu is the one to cop his anger.. etc.
If RK continues to ruin himself through his hatred - then very soon we will see him in a cell - writting on walls.
He hasn't allowed anyone in years to attend to his broken heart, which has grown thorns and nettles on it. This will be a task and a half to remove but with patience and perseverence Madhu is the only strong willed candidate to do this.
Will this be easy?
Just going to head off topic now.. Trishna has been a huge part of the story so far, RK's entry in their lives have not changed the dynamics as much between the sisters. Trishna's constant reminder of being 'step' always feels threatening.
Maybe Madhus work will be made hard ... with the entry of Trishna as a Bhatia bahu.
So coming back to the subject...
Whatever RK is today, however he is feeling, How he deals with people and situations is all a result of a LOST CHILDHOOD.
Thank you people... I hope U didn't find that boring...
And may I add just how Sexy did VD look in Today's episode. DD also looked very pretty.

I personally feel that Rishabh's trying to gain back the lost childhood by arguing with Madhu. Like, he feels challenged, he feels not alone, and most of all, he feels that she cares. She cares about him. And today, when she was being all sarcastically sweet to him, he was actually wickedly smiling, because he was having fun. He was having his share of fun which he didn't get to have during his childhood.

Great analysis! I feel that RK just craves Madhu's attention whether it be good or bad he wants to matter in her life. He wants her to notice him and now she is fulfilling his wishes. Is Trishna really entering as a bhatia bahu?

Lovely Cari 👏 you beautifully put it in words.
We cannot hate anyone in the world if you have a complete picture of them whether it may be Rishab, Trishna or even Bhatia's. It's their fear, uncertainty over life made them acts like that.

Nice post Cari
Very nice analysis and I think RK will never able to accept Mr. Bhatia and Mr. Bhatia too will create problem between RK and Madhubala love paradise. Also whatever case may be at the end I think RK will suffer from this love too, I do not know but he is character who can fall in love but cannot change himself as persona.
Let see what happens but nice analysis great 👏
