I think this show is inspired from the Hollywod movie "Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless Mind".
The movie released on 2004.The movie is about a couple who failed to move on after their break up.
They realized the only way they can move on is by forgetting their relationship.
So they went for an operation to erase their memory.
After the operation they forgot each other and started a new life.
But after 3 months they met again.this time as two strangers.
