Shah Rukh Khan is into bodybuilding.

The recent television appearance of Shah Rukh Khan had the superstar in a short-sleeved T-shirt that exposed his newly developed biceps.

For a moment Shah Rukh was unrecognizable when he appeared on a NDTV program to debate on the institution of marriage, a subject raised in his latest release Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna .

If you missed noticing SRK's footballers' thighs in the opening reels of the film, you will not miss the robust physique the superstar has developed of late.

And the reason behind those biceps, that masculine neckline and the bulging chest is that SRK has been dedicating himself to working out at the gym.

Although the superstar has been intermittently working out for last many years, his routine was broken when he underwent back surgery.

Now, SRK has found an instructor in his good friend Prashant Sawant, who guides the superstar through various workout regimens.

SRK mostly hits the gym at night and works out at least an hour a day.

The superstar also eats a healthy diet.

This brawnier side of SRK will be seen in his forthcoming filmsDon and Chak De .

hey guys.... i think that srk luks good in every way possible.... 😆 😆 😆 , but if he wants to go 4 body building then good luck, i mean he doz have a back problem, but hes in gud health thats y hes doing bodybuilding 😳 😊 👍🏼
