Are Kunal - Siddhi divorced??

In none of the episodes does it confirm that SINAL are divorced - When it comes to divorce papers - Siddhi signed the form Kunal gave her but he didnot sign it. She signed the papers richa gave her but Kunal tore it up -- so if they were to be divorced Kunal would have had to go to court to submit the papers - however we know that in 9 years he only went to court for the last case which AC got him ---

The only conversation on divorce was between Kunal - Seema : - Kunal tells Seema that Siddhi was the one who gave him divorce & seema replies that you also gave her divorce - the only thing I conclude is that both of them gave the other divorce papers at different points of time but the divorce was never finalized by a judge which renders it void ---

We saw Kunal take richa to the temple to get married - so ddi he stop when he realised he is still married to Siddhi ??

In all Siddhis conversations with suleikha or Abhay she refers to Kunal as "mera pati"'
When Kunal slapped the industralist he says - mere biwi ka naam pooch tha ha"" both of them never refer to the other as ex husband/wife

Siddhi thinks Kunal accepted the divorce as she is not aware that he tore up the papers ---

But if Kunal didnot sign any papers to him Siddhi is still his wife - they may be separated but
legally she would still be his wife ----

So if they are indeed divorced - How & when did that happen?? CV's would need to explain --

nopes they are divorced...before the leap when siddhi was abt to give birth...while talking to each other...both seema-kunal confirm that SiNal have divorced each other...even veena once in post-leap did mention abt the divorce

I have a feeling that they are not divorced yet
