Hey, you can not delete messages from your outbox.
If the person you sent the PM deletes your PM, it automatically gets deleted from your outbox :)

Yes currently you can't delete outbox pm's like was said above
But the suggestion has been made to Admin n dev team
So inshAllah there working on improving the private messenger
