kartikeya is described a little bratty and comepetitive while ganesha is full with wisdom and calmness.hope they show skanda first but i think they will switch the story to make taki live a little longer.

Actually there are different concepts in North and South India!

As per North, Skanda is first son and he goes towards south once he's grown up..and then comes Ganesha!

But as per south, Ganesha is the first so..and he goes towards north..then comes skanda! so its kinda confusing!

Yes there are different beliefs in north and south. In south everyone believes that Ganesha comes first and vice verse in North.
But my feeling is that in the shw they will show Skanda's birth first.
