The one thing I found ironically funny in today's episode was Kiya's mom! When Kiya was caught talking to Jaitely, she lied and said she was going to movie with her friends. And Kiya's mom said "Zamana badal raha hain, and I also like to move with it."

I never expected this khadus mom to permit Kiya. I was all the way wondering what the hell! It was surprising, but her character still didn't seem wrong. But she didn't let Kiya go without another reputation order. Kiya asked for money, and her mom gave her. She asked her to buy Red Lounge sit. "Aakhir hamare status ka sawal hain!" And I was like, yeh aagayi hamari Sadu Gujral Mom!

Some dialogues :

"Aisa kya hain joh tum apne mom ko nahi bata sakti?"

"Mein aur mere friend movie ke liye plan kar rahe the!"

"Which movie?" *Suspicious*

"Woh, One Night Stand 2" 🤣 🤣

surprisingly, I found Mrs. G nice and believable today. She ain't that bad, just a little strict and cautious regarding her status. Yeah, she still loves Anya more but she doesn't particularly dislike Kiya. She wants her daughter to have fun as long as it doesn't affect their status. Well...high society people are like that.

Too bad ultimately Kiya will end up with all kinds of trouble makers :P

Right! She isn't bad. But Anya has made her so proud, she expects that or more from Kiya. She understands her daughter as a 21st century daughter, but she doesn't realise how pressuring she is. But after today's episode, I have a feeling that later in the show, she will understand Kiya's insecurities. Or I hope she does!

even I think that. She just needs to realize that Kiya has the right to live her own life. Kiya isn't the rebellious kind, she is generally obedient. But if that pressure is overdone, she might act impulsively and lands herself in some danger. Mrs. G just needs to understand that two people can't be the same. Anya has made her proud, fine but so can Kiya. In her own way, she will. And once she does, I'm sure Mrs. G will become a normal mother! :D

That's true. But I have a feeling this is going to be on longterm. Once KD comes into the picture, specially after this drug & jail incident, Mrs. G is going to be furious at Kiya. She dislikes lower class, and anything that affects their status. Ofcourse, KD's relations ship with Kiya is going to create a heck alot of trouble for Kiya!

With all due respect to your cultured family, you have no right to call anyone's family BS. Everyone has their own beliefs. Maybe her mother didn't hear that right or maybe she misunderstood. Whatever the case, she trusts her daughter enough to know she won't do anything that will come against their culture. This show is for fun and intended humor. It's not right to judge anyone.

Coming to relationships, then they are nothing but illusions. You can commit today, but if you break it tomorrow, no one has the right to charge you. If two people mutually wants to sleep together without commitment, they can. And no one has the right to judge them.

It's your life, you don't have to worry what majority believes is right. If I believe sleeping without commitment is wrong, its wrong for me. Not for anyone else.

So please refrain from bashing other's cultures, beliefs, values and family.
