You know, Flutter, I don't have much to say about V anymore. When the writers themselves think that he can be redeemed, that he can be sympathized with because of his illness, and that the message should be in favor of abusers rather than victims -- then that shuts me up.
When viewers spend months condemning a villain, when victims themselves come on the forum and protest against focus on an abuser, and the writers decide to ignore their voices because the abuser is the drama and that's what masses want -- drama -- then that shows me where a show and its creators stand morally.
The scene in which V enjoyed watching the torture of Jahnvi, and every other scene where his actions and intentions are shown evil -- all of this won't matter. The writers will go back on every word spoken against V on the show by Komolika, by Sia, by Raghav, by anyone. Even themselves. They will twist things in favor of V when the time comes. We might as well be prepared for disappointment and anger.
