guys plzsomeone tell me why didnt this forum has a cover page like other forums

I uploaded a pic...then d page showed that it pic will b displayed after moderator's approval...sumthin lyk dis...but abi tk nai hui

ya really we need a awsm banner for this forum...

I dont knoe how.to.make a banner...oderwise i wud hav luvd to contribute..
