"Khu... I mean Mrs. Raizada? You here?" She asked trying to make Khushi feel like she didn't belong. There was a smugness in her expression, which Khushi didn't like...

But Khushi wasn't one to take crap from anyone, especially not from Lavanya. "Yes me here... Why the surprise though? If you have forgotten, let me remind you... MY HUSBAND owns this place. So I can come and go from here anytime I want. You should eat Almonds Lavanyaji, they are good for memory." Khushi smirked at Lavanya's shocked expression and walked away from her.

Arnav stared at her for a few seconds and then his expression changed. "Ah yes, we are going out for lunch. Sorry I was too much lost in this thing. Do you mind waiting for some time?" I'll just take 20 minutes to finish this then we can go." He said a little distracted.

"No problem Arnavji you carry on, I'll wait." Khushi smiled and again kissed his cheek. She went ahead, sat on the sofa and immediately opened her book to study for her test.

"If I were you, I wouldn't go to him at this time." Lavanya said confidently.

Khushi was so annoyed. Who the hell is she to tell me that? But she took in a deep breath and replied with a smile. "I know you wouldn't have gone. You have told me Arnavji never treated you specially, so obviously you wouldn't dare to go to him at such a time. Khushi turned and walked away to Arnav's cabin, wiping off the smirk from Lavanya's face.
