nope they dont know yet...that millee is their lost child..and neither millee does...but father manuel and mother superior know about millee and rastogi relation..

father manuel, mother superior, snd kamini no right, because father had come to talk about it and kamini told him not to as it will destroy her so called 'parivar', but its wrong of them to hide it

btw, do the other people know that rahul is also a naajayaz aulad, besides kamini and sagar
