I have no idea what Kesar said or did but i'm never in favour of a man hitting a woman( or vice versa but definitely worse if it's the man doing the hitting) ... especially with their history. No one ever deserves it...jmpov. He could say she deserved all those other times too.

I just said it in the wake of what she did, making sure Shakuntala couldn't cook or even get water from the kitchen as if it was her personal domain. Plus, she is really nasty to Prats and Krishna for no reason.

As for Arushi's case yes it was expected. She isn't going to just smile and thank her as if he is Prince Charming she knows he feels guilty. And I wonder, what Shakuntala would have done had she known about his actions? Wouldn't she have slapped him, knowing how disgraced he was growing up and then making this girl a victim. 😳
