A Few Lessons for Anjali

Anjali, while you are a 21st century woman with a brilliant brother, obviously you and your brother don't share the same genes when it comes to...um, I don't know... common sense? So I thought I could give you a few lessons and what to and what not to do when your ex-husband, but not really ex-husband, is trying to kill you and your child, lusting after your sister-in-law, and trying to steal all your brother's money.

1. If you see glass on the floor, it is smart not to step on it. Glass is what you call "sharpy, dangerous stuff" and you should not touch.

2. If you don't see the glass and glass gets into your foot, you should stop walking. Putting pressure on your foot pushes the glass into your foot and makes blood come out. Blood is no good. Try not to bleed. Sit down and grab your super secret cell phone that you've been using to sneak around with and call someone for help (preferably not the man who is trying to kill you). If no cell phone is available, just scream.

3. Do not tug rip the glass out of your foot. That is no good either. It'll make you bleed. Again, blood is no good. Try not to bleed.


4.When glass is in your foot, your stomach, uterus, or fetus does not feel any pain. Stop holding your stomach...it won't help.

5. Don't dramatically close your eyes while walking with glass in your foot. Keep your eyes open at all times and look out for any live wires. Sometimes live wires can't be avoided, so I'll forgive you for that.

6. Don't ever keep in contact and trust a man who is obviously the shadiest man on the planet. Listen to your family and stop sneaking around. Maybe you'll avoid a second murder attempt. Wait, no a third... or fourth...or fifth... I don't know what number... JUST TRY NOT TO GET KILLED.
