as cast member already said tht it is a prime show which is telecasted everyday and it cant wholly based on arshi it has to show different phases diff thing

if u are only arshi fan then think in this way tht after anjali miscarriage anjali as well as arnav both will break down to give strength to anjali he will pretend to be stronger in front of anjali but in alone he will be depressed from anjali situation and who will pacify her
