If I remember the story correctly, after Parvati grows up, Nandi comes as a shark and starts wrecking all of the ships, so the fishermen pray to Shiva to come and help them/save them and Shiva comes as a young fisherman to battle the shark. Nandi obviously surrenders to him and Shiv wins Parvati's hand in marriage. It's going to be a lot of fun to watch!
