Raashi and the property

Do you guys think that maybe Raashi informed Bani about what is going on? She is the only one that had access to the papers, despite how much Ranvir yelled at her..

I know the other possibility is that Ranvir was blackmailing Bani, with Jai's life at stake.. but then she wouldnt be asking for his property-- unless Ranvir told her to do so, then to transfer it in her name.. but if MT's darling Khabari is right, then she is doing this to protect Jai and his assets..which leads to the question of how did Bani know to take this step? She had to have had an informant... I hope its Raashi.. Ranvir deserves a slap in the face like that..
