Remarriage will happen, my take why?

If Arnav comes to know about the past, the only way to torture Garima is to torture Khushi :) This means whatever trust, love he had build over last one year will go into drain!

If Arnav comes to know about the past, but marries Khushi out of love, he will support her in her efforts to support Garima. This means fighting the evils together!

So from Arnav's side, marriage will happen

Only think that can stop the marriage is Khushi and her selfless loving nature!
