I bet 100% its Ovi! First she tried to emotionally blackmail her mother. When Archana didnt give in to her demands, now shes set her target on Purvi.
Ovi must have overheard Purvi requesting Manav not to divorce her Aaii...Ovi thought it was the last chance to get Arjun back from Purvi...thats why she submitted the affidavit to stop divorce, now shes gone to Purvi to blackmail her into giving up Arjun in exchange for her Aai's happiness!
Psychotic characters like Ovi stop at nothing to get what they want!
