1. Kesar's dad receives a bank notice. Kesar's mom asks him about it. He tells her that he stood as a guarantor for his friend who got a Rs. 25-lakh loan from a bank, but he ran away with the money and now, the finance company is after him and their house.
2. A man calls up Shalini and tells her to check the mail of Abhi's company, as the quotation report of the Mallyas has been sent. Shalini opens the email and is happy upon finding the report.
3. Kesar's dad goes to a finance company for a loan. The manager tells him that the process is very long and they will need to speak to people who know him. Kesar's dad gives him Abhi's name. The manager tells him that he knows Abhi very well. After he leaves, the manager calls up Abhi and tells him that Kesar's dad came to loan a huge amount but it would take some time. Abhi tells him to start working on it right away.
4. Shalini tells Abhi that they have to make some changes on their quotations and they would be celebrating their victory by tomorrow. Abhi asks her as to why is she so confident and whether she found out the prices quoted by the other companies but she tells him that her intuition tells her that they would win.
5. Kesar and Rudra are preparing to leave for Mr. Lakhani's office, as the winner of the contract would be announced. Rudra wishes her all the best and tells her that he wants her to win, as this is her first project. She asks him as to what would happen if they don't win. Rudra asks her whether she is saying this because Abhi is against them. She says yes and that if Abhi weren't against them, she wouldn't be worried. He tells her that if they don't win, she would give him whatever he asks from her. She agrees but tells him that she wouldn't have to, as they would definitely win. She sends Abhi an SMS, wishes him all the best and tells him that she hopes he gets the contract. Abhi replies, saying that no matter who wins, the victory will always be theirs. But since Kesar is praying, Rudra reads the message and gives it to Kesar after she prays.
6. Rudra and Kesar take everyone's blessings before leaving. Vikram tells them that he is worried about Kesar and wonders as to whom would she prefer to see as a winner, her friend or husband. Kesar tells him that if that is so, then she is ready to give up the project and they could change the quotation figures if they want but Pam tells them that Kesar would handle the project. Nitika asks them as to why didn't they involve Ryan in this project and asks them whether it is because he is Shalini's brother. Soumya tells them that they could trust Kesar even though Abhi is her closest friend but why can't they trust Ryan. Kesar tells her that she has always fought for the right thing and will always do so. She tells her that they had also sought Ryan's help in this project. Ryan tells them that Kesar is right. Rudra tells Kesar that they have to leave.
7. When Kesar's dad returns home, everyone asks him whether he got the loan but he tells them that he is trying but if he doesn't, they would lose their house. Kesar's Dadaji asks him to seek the Mallyas' help but he refuses to take anything from Kesar's in-laws.
8. Amma showers her blessings on Abhi but he tells her to leave some for Kesar, as he wants her to win since Rudra gave her a very big responsibility for the first time. She asks him as to why is he standing against Rudra and Kesar then. He tells her that there are times when one has to do things he doesn't want to.
9. Kesar, Rudra, and Natasha come face to face with Abhi and Shalini at Mr. Lakhani's office. Shalini tells him that the days of his destruction have begun. Kesar tells her not be too confident. Shalini tells her that just because Abhi is her friend, it doesn't mean that she would win the contract. Rudra asks Abhi's opinion. Abhi tells him that he doesn't mix personal and professional matters. Rudra tells him that his friendship is not selfish indeed. He thanks him for the friendship day card. Kesar's phone rings and she steps out. Shammi is on the other line. He tells her everything. Kesar tells him not to worry, as she would arrange for the money.
10. The name of the winner is announced. The contract is awarded to Abhi's company, Rudra, Kesar, and Natasha are shocked.
