Female bonding in movies

Okay, so we have had quite a lot of wonderful films in bollywood on male bonding/friendship or bromance as you call it. Dil chahta hain, Sholay, ZNMD, Rock on, RDB are some good examples. But rarely have we seen movies on female friendship. The only movie I can recall is Cocktail, but the second half in the movie totally sidelined the friendship. Why is it so that bollywood films do not have such scripts for female actresses? Can any of you remember any good movies which showcased friendship and bonding of female characters?

There was one movie of Rani Mukherjee and Preity Zinta. I THINK it showed female bonding because I remember that song "Piya piya oh piya piya subah shaam tak mera.." 😆

But yeaaah man, IDK any movie that reflects on female bonding.

I also now remember this film called girlfriend starring Amrita Rao and Isha Koppikar..😆 Isha plays a lesbian and gets jealous when Amrita has a guy in her life..totally crazyyy😆

Yeah, with ARJUN RAMPAL and Rekha 😆 ..that movie was on TV yesday!!

Preity and Mahima C play sisters in that movie..
