Can Shyam be KKG's cousin brother?

In today's episode it was revealed that Payal is not Garima's own daughter. I feel that there is a healthy relation that we missed - Shyam can be Garima and Shashi's son, perhaps Garima sent Shyam to an orphanage only to bring up Khushi and Payal properly. In this way he will be Khushi and Payal's cousin brother.

During last year's Rakshabandhan - Anjali told Khushi that she will arrange a brother for her and right after that Shyam's face was shown. Maybe it was a foreshadowing.

If the CVs show this - We will see his guilt. He is hurting his own father and own sister now, after the truth comes out - he will be the saviour.

After watching today's episode and according to Garima's dialogues - this is what I feel may happen.
