Legalities of a live-in relationship

Exactly...Kindly follow the links provided...Both should be free from legal bindings/obligations to get into live-in or to get it identified as a Live-in,otherwise it wd b a punishable offence...Gauri if she begets children, they cd inherit Jagya's properties at par with his first wife's children...but Gauri shall always b the other woman..with NO rights.

She won't even get maintenance for her under section 125 of Criminal Procedure code..

Gauri can use Domestic violence Act only...against Jagat...Apart from that she should have some evidences like nominee in a bank account/ joint account...Ration/Gas/voter/adhaar card...address proof of Jagat n Gauri must be SAME...she cd use that...Email communications...Its NOT easy for Jagat to escape from Gauri...

No where had I advocated for the punishment to Gauri...because her psychology is a big punishment to her...She can never have mental peace in any circumstance...she had spent life as a concubine by choice...Never cared for Parents, society, customs,traditions,morals,ethics,law of land...hence had 2 lead an insecure life...What's the value of her bed pleasure to Jagat? She was just used n abused...Shameful useless existence...
