"Di yeh aap kya ker rahi ho" She asked Anjali as she made her wear a beautiful red lehnga and now she was setting the small duppata on her head. Anjali kept quiet as having no idea what she should tell her

"Bolo na Di" She asked again

"Khushi tumhara hamesha dil kerta tha na ke Arnav tumhaare saath khaile, toh bus aaj hum Arnav ke saath aik game khelein ge. Arnav tumhain sikhaye ga ke kaise guriya ki shadi hoti hai phir hum mil ke guriya ki shadi karein ge" She managed to make a story but Khushi was not convinced

"Toh Aakash Bhai aur NK bhai kyun nahi khelein ge hamare saath?"

"Arnav barha hai na toh woh tumhain ache se sikhaye ga" Anjali controlled her tears and kissed her forehead, "I am sorry Khushi kash Maa theek hoti toh humain yeh nahi kerna parhta" She take Khushi with her outside where Arnav was already sitting. The anger was quite visible on his face. Anjali made Khushi sit next to her who smilingly looked at Arnav

"Arnav Bhiya aap mere saath khailain ge" In reply he just glared his father who came and sat besides Khushi

"Haan baita chalo ab game start kerte hain" All rituals had been performed by both of them in the guidance of their elders, the only attendant of this marriage were Kinshuk, Kabir, Manorma and Anjali. This all is a game for Khushi which she had played with her brother like any other game in her childhood. Like many other games this memory was also been erased from her mind only to be reminded now after 12 years hearing the big and cruel truth of her life

She could not believe or it would be better to say she does not want to believe what she was hearing

"Sign Khushi" She saw the pen in Arnav's hand and then her eyes travelled from his hand to his face. She got up from her chair

"Ar … Arna …… Bhi …. Ye …. Yeh … Yeh …." She was at the loss of words. Only tears were flowing from her eyes as her cheeks were drenched in her tears

"I know tum kya kehna chahti ho, ye jhoot hai and you don't believe in all this but the truth is Khushi Singh Raizada that you are not my sister but my wife" She held the back of chair for support and closed her eyes in pain. The person whom she always believed to be her brother today she get to know in actual he was her husband

"Truth is truth Khushi and the truth is that you are not real daughter of Mom Dad" As he said calmly she nodded her head to No. She could not believe that she is not actually the blood of Raizadas

"Mom Dad adopted you after Mom's friend death Saniya Gupta your mother" He was telling her and she was standing just like a statue closing her eyes as if she may open her eyes and he will tell her that he was joking but Alas!

"Per …. Wo ….. woh …. Sub … game … tha" She finally opened her eyes and asked him looking in his eyes. She has never seen him this much calm before. He take an envelope from the table and handed it to her

"If you want proof you can see this, this is our legal marriage certificate. You can see Dad and Chachu's signature as our guardians" She throws the envelope on table without looking into it. She again looked at him

"Ar …. Arnav Bhiya please … please just say once that it's not true" She called him Bhiya purposely this time, hoping that he may have understood everything

"JUST STOP IT KHUSHI" She jerked back

"Kab se araam se bol raha hoon but tumhain samajh mein hi nahi a raha hai, yes we got married 12 years back but now after signing these papers we can go to our own separate ways, let's just finish it in this room, Sign" She was staring him with teary eyes only what she could see in his eyes was hate for her. She pushed him back and leave his cabin. He went behind her to stop her

The staff members glared weirdly at Khushi running with tears and Arnav behind her when he saw her reaching near the door. He ordered security to close the door

"Open the door, NOW" She tried to push away the guard when Arnav caught hold of her hand but she immediately pulled away

"DON'T COME NEAR ME" She pointed her finger at him but he only grabbed her closer and held her tightly

"Don't create scene Khushi" He clenched his teeths

"I'm not doing anything, it's you, just LET ME GO HOME" She tried to came out of his grip but he was much stronger than her

"You cannot go alone" He cannot allow her to go alone in such a state, "I'll drop you" He was about to move when finally she managed to pull away from his grip

"HUMAIN AAP KE SAATH NAHI JAANA" She yelled and he just fisted to control his temper

"Ok …. I'll ….."

"Aakash Bhai kahan hain?" She asked and immediately went to Aakash's cabin but he was not there

"Aakash is in conference room" She heard him at her back, She moved away and reaching in the hall she asked loudly

"Where is the conference room?" Everyone was looking down and it just caused her to shout even more loudly

"DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHERE THE CONFERENCE ROOM IS?" Before she could say any further she saw Arnav asking a person to take her to the conference room

"As you can see the growth from past yea ……" Aakash has to stop when he saw Khushi entering the room, Aakash taken aback slightly as she hugged him

"Khushi what happened? Tum ro kyun rahi ho" He cupped her face and looked at her who was still sobbing unable to speak anything

"Khushi tell me kya hua hai?" He looked around the room as he sensed the members shifting their gazes to them now

"Aa …. Aakash Bhai ….. hum …. Humain ghar ….. ghar jana hai" She completed hardly in between her sobs

"Haan … theek hai but meri meeting ……." Before he could complete he has to stop as she shouted

"MEETING KYA HUM SE ZYADA IMPORTANT HAI?" Only then he saw Arnav and NK entering the room, he sighed in relief

"Relax Khushi acha tum aisa kero Bhai ke saath chali jao" She looked up at him with her red eyes and then pulled back

"Main aap ki behan nahi hoon na iss liye aap mujhe nahi le ke ja rahe, Anjali Di hoti toh unn ko na nahi kehte na aap" Aakash was shocked to hear it from her, for the first time she was comparing her with Anjali and she was doubting his concern and love for her

"Khush …." Aakash stopped hearing Arnav's voice

"Khud ko Di ke saath compare mat kero, you've created enough drama, I damn care ke tum kaise ghar jao gi, JUST GET OUT FROM HERE" Aakash and NK glared Arnav astonished, they knew his disliking for her but he never behaved this rudely to her

Khushi silently looked three of them and made her way out of the room

"Aakash continue with the meeting" She heard Arnav at her back, the only thought which came to her mind at the moment was to kill herself, to get rid of her life before she could take any further step she felt her knees going weak and next moment she was on the floor

When she opened her eyes she found herself in her room. Anjali was sitting beside her while Aakash and NK were standing near the bed. She could see their dim faces sparkling as she opened her eyes

"Thank God Khushi you are alright, Kitna pareshaan ho gayee thi main" She heard Anjali saying it

"Di … please leave me alone" She asked and Anjali, Aakash and NK changed glances

"Please Di" She pleaded, Anjali thought it's better to leave her alone so they got out of her room

"Aakash what happened in the office? Aur Chotte kahan hai?" Anjali asked sitting in the living room

"I don't know Di where is Bhai, He just left office after Khushi fainted and I cannot understand why Khushi was crying, you know Di what she said, She doubted my love for her Di …. She said that I love you more than her" It was all as shocking for Anjali as for him now she was getting clue what must've happened

"Just till her exams Di" She recalled Arnav saying it to her

"Did Chotte tell her everything?" She speaks to herself praying it must not be true

"Di …." She came out of her thoughts and looked at Aakash who was sniffing and she also felt the bad odor, "Something's burning" They both looked around before Aakash could figure out Anjali ran to Khushi's room

After they left she locked the door and coming to the cupboard she take out the drawers in which she kept Arnav's birthday gifts and Rakhis for him. She was not crying now as her tears become dry. She picked the match box, flamed it and threw it on the drawers. She could see now all the gifts burning, the gifts which she've bought with so much love for her brother but now it was of no use for her. She then turned to her bed side table and picked knife. She straightened her wrist and closed her eyes before doing it actually.

"Khushi, Khushi open the door" Anjali reaching at her door found it to be locked, She panicked

"Di relax, let me bring the other key of it" Aakash went to his room and take the other key of the room. He opened it hurriedly and as they entered in they found her lying on the floor lifeless
