I think 3rd option because at the temple the panditji said matarani pe bharosa rakho sab theek hoga.

i can only see 1st option now bcoz khushi will defintiely try to do sumthing to get simar out of her way so she will try to poison simars mind for having prems remarriage

i think khushi will poison simar's mind but remarriage will not happen...

This is ssk so anything can happen 😆 .long time back before Rosid marriage prem had an accident (when simar told him he and roli get married)and doc told whole family he will never be able to walk.as usual this is ssk so chamatkar happen and prem was recover .

i think first option 1 will becum true but remarriage may not happen only simar will force prem to do it.and at the end option 3 may becum true.
