In banu meri Dulhan she was asked to replace popular Diyanka tripati.In bidayi she was asked for the role after saadhana's death -as a new girl with negative shades.Even that role was very little in the show.NA bole NA tum-she must play a mother role of two kids but it is a gud show ofcourse.
When I mailed BV team for casting RAti (after she left mjht s1),I got a reply frm them saying tht they wanted a new face as grown up Anandi and they will cast the same.

The reason all these PH's want rati is to improve their trp's.Since she is so talented with huge fan base,their shows will get benefitted na.

Rati took correct decisions i think.Instead of dng some replacements roles ,or some parallel leads she took up a show which revolves round her.She changed the tv scenario.We only had angry young mans on Tv but with Hd show we have angry woman on tv.And rati was the first actress to do that.
I am happy tht she took up a challenging role.I am proud to be her fan really.
The only problem is Cv's are not dealing with the story properly.Thy ruined many things and hurried in the beginning and now they are suffering badly.
trp of 1.7 is not bad.Ofcourse it dropped frm 2.6 but its ok when compared to other shows on colors ,life ok.
PH and Cv's are getting panicked abt these trp's.If they plan things properly trp's will def improve.
And regarding awards,not many are showing interest to vote .Now ITA 2012 is open,i dnt knw how many are voting for Rati.
Hope RAti gets so many awards in future for her talent

Yes a few of the roles were actually to replace the original leads. 😆🤣 Its very hard to strike cord after the lead loved by many is replaced by someone. So the channel wont bring anyone to replace the lead. This shows RP's popularity and the channel and PH's trust on her. She has immense brand value. Thats what I have felt fro the last few years she has been in the industry. Anyway I wish RP all the best for her future. hope HD did not damage her value. 😆

Yes replacement really doesnt work especially if the new one is unknown to the industry. So channels can't afford to bring anyone to replace the lead. And every production house was aware about Rati's fan following and immense talent, so according to them Rati was the best option. But I am yet glad she didn't took up those shows.

Ramya: Yes HD is the only show i know which maintained it trp if not improved with a slot change. 😉 Its a big deal. No wonder Zee still has faith in it and mentions it everywhere. 😉 Plus the concept and the first angry young woman on tv. 😆 Unfortunately Zee became over ambitious since HD was doing good. 🤔
