Thats my point. sugni can make a decision about her relationship with TVS but she cannot tell him what he should do about his relstionship with Reva.

May TVS needs to point out to her that regardless of whether their relationship goes ahead or not, it will have no bearing in the outcome of his relationship with Reva. He feels responsible for her but has no emotional connection with her and he simply cannot be in such a relationship for the rest of his life.

Yes now that he has the chance of Sugni coming to know that Reva is actually mad he should tell her that whether she loves him or not he has had enough of Reva and will be divorcing her.
