In yesterday's episode at the temple, Khushi says to herself that she must also do something special for Arnav.
Here is a list of the actions that she could possibly pick up from:
1) Address Hottie as "Arnav" for the very first time⭐️
2) Kiss him👏 ...initiated by her (She has only given him a peck on his cheek so far)
3) Wear the red crystal saree gifted by him⭐️
4) Wear the pearl necklace gifted by him😊
5) Sneak into their RM bedroom at night and sleep next to him in Taekwondo pose!😉😉
