Roshni comes with her brother and his family to fix up the engagement date. Rano comes and informs Baani that Sahil has gone to meet Jigyasa. The family is shocked hearing this but Aditya tries to cover up the situation. Dadi and masi are all set to reject the girl however they are taken aback to see that the girl is a very traditional one. The Chopras' insist on the engagement to happen on 29th June. Jai walia is taken aback and says that this isn't a good date for such an uspicious occasion. The boy's father agrees, however suggests that the engagement happen in Park grand Hotel. Jai is taken Aback and wants to disagree but Masi in the meanwhile agrees. Jai blasts at Roshni for using the Park road secret to Blackmail him. Roshni says that she is his past and he will have to deal with her and his past all the time. Roshni warns him that unfortunately his darkest secret is linked to Baani.

Pia calls up Baani, as she needs some financial help. Baani is reluctant, as she doesn't have any access to money in her house. Masi comes there and asks Baani what the problem is. Masi insists that Baani take money from the treasury. Ranveer Sees Baani taking the money. Baani on her way out remembers Jai hitting the mechanic. She decides to go and meet the mechanic. She reaches the garage to learn that the mechanic has left the town for good. Baani wonders what could have made the mechanic leave the town. She wonders what is the relationship with the date 29th June, park road and Jai walia. Baani goes to meet Pia and gives her the money. Masi suggests Jai that he give Baani a sari and some jewellery for the engagement party. Jai says he hasn't bought one. Masi shows him the sari that she has bought for Baani. Ranveer tells Jai how Baani has been misusing the money. Jai leaves in a huff. When jai comes inside the room Baani is talking to Pia and Jai misunderstands what she is talking. Jai is upset.
