Dear All,

Welcome to yet another version of The Director's Cut... our view from the Lens of the Director !!! Celebrations all over... Eid Mubarak to all my friends from here and across the border... It's time for some Jashn... some celebrations... romance is the flavor of the night ! With Shagan and Roka done... a dark past still hidden ... a shadow still lurking around trying to harm the future... a superb episode once again... Hope you all will join in the celebrations with Arnav and Khushi...

Scene 1... Shagun Ceremony Continues

By now, I hope we are back from the trip in heaven after the ending of the show... so let's start from where it started... at the Shagun Ceremony... the ceremony done, everyone ready to go home when Arnav overhears Buaji wanting to tie Raksha Dhaaga on his wrist and first Anjali and then Khushi making an excuse for him !

Once again, he realizes the depth of Khushi's love for him when he finds out that she has been slapped by her mother, for HIM ! He comes inside, and says Thanks to her... they both know the "thanks" is not for the phone she hands over to him... but for all the small little things she has done for him... out of love !😍

Garima enters right on cue, when everyone has left... she is scared of her past, her connection to Mrs. Subhadra Devi Malik... She is momentarily relieved to know that all went well... but once again the bomb drops on her when she comes to know the roka ceremony is just the next day !

Cut 2... That Night

He can't sleep at night... he wishes to talk to her, but doesn't want to disturb her... as she must be sleeping in the "taekwondo" position he has come to love so much... he settles to stare at the moon... the moon which connects him to Khushi... as Khushi is looking over at the moon too, thinking about him... talking to the moon... Their telepathic connection as strong as ever... she tells Arnav to smile... and he does !

She replaces Salman Khan's pic with that of her Laad Governor... As, she is after all... his now ! Sorry Salman ji... but it's Good Bye time for you now ! Cuteness Factor: High !!!

Cut 2... Next Morning - The Roka

Raizada Mansion is beautifully decorated... ready to welcome the lady of the house to come and take over ! Daadi once again looks for Garima, who has dodged this ceremony as well !!!

The ceremony begins... with Arnav ready and prepared for it... he knows where to stand, where Khushi will stand... and what all needs to be done ! Impressive Bitwa... very impressive !!! 👏 Everyone is in shock... and Khushi just cannot believe her ears... she wants to be pinched, and Arnav complies ! 😊

The Tikka happens... Anjali puts Tikka on Khushi's forehead... the scene is very important guys... please to note... the director wants to show the missing Baby Bump !!! It is finally there... and yes one more thing to celebrate !🥳

Buaji puts the Tikka on Arnav's forehead, when Arnav reminds her that she has forgotten to tie the Raksha Dhaaga... Bitwa has learned now how to respect other's feelings... All for his lady love... who has loved him for who he is... with all his faults ! And that's why he has learned to respect what she loves... his actions following his words... Thanks !!!! Buaji ties the Raksha Dhaaga... the thread to protect from all evil... specially when evil is right behind them, watching all their moves... and planning his next !

The Ring Ceremony takes place... they exchange rings... when Arnav reminds her that they have done it before... when he bandaged her ring finger, in front of Devi Maiyya's temple... (Now where have I heard it before... Oh Yes !!! I wrote the whole thing in my SS: Promise... almost a week ago... Gul, are you plagiarizing my work, now 😆 ... If Only, you had read me before and made the scene the way I wrote... but am still happy... if only, you took one scene from it !!! 😃)

Dialog of the Day:

Arnav: So technically tum meri ho chuki ho !
Khushi: Tab Se...😳

The rings are exchanged... they become one... and celebrations begin... Arnav looks emotionally at the 2 most important women in his life... Anjali, despite he loneliness... is all happy and excited for him.. her dreams of her Chhottey's wedding coming true... finally !

Khushi, happy... dancing... celebrating... for her dream of a big wedding coming true as well ! He can't keep his eyes off her and wants to be with her... alone ! He takes her to the place where they have shared their first intimate moment together... the poolside... he wants to complete one more unfinished promise... before he is stopped from seeing her after the Haldi...

Their incomplete Kiss by the poolside... on Diwali Night ! He takes her exactly at the same point, and leans over her... wanting to kiss her when she reminds him what if, someone comes... Arnav Singh Raizada doesn't care... He is in Love and he is going to kiss his bride... the bride, who reminds him of the time when he first tried to kiss her and they were interrupted by the third wheel in their marriage... Aman ! 😃

Aww... what a cute reminder Khushi Kumari Gupta...

Pointer of the Day:

Daadi was yet again taunting Buaji about Shashi and Garima not present for their "adopted" daughter's roka ceremony... When our good ol' Pinku... I mean Akash Singh Raizada suddenly grew a pair... and came to Buaji's rescue !!! Bravo Man !!! Well Done...👏

But what you all don't know... is WHY he stepped up for Buaji today??? If you haven't guessed by now... Of Course, it's because of what Buaji was wearing today... a PINK color Saari !!! Now how could our Pinku have missed that !!! 😆

While the celebrations are going on... the evil is not far away... trying to stop them... harm them... What has Shyam up his sleeve now? Will he succeed or yet again fail in his evil plans and end up being the cupid villain that he is... To find more... keep watching... Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon?... sharp at 8 PM, IST... Weekdays !

1. so finally barun gets his ring back where it belongs!!! ghoom fir key same ring on same finger!!!😆😆
2. "enough😡" star plus i get it!!! u want us to watch "laakhon mein ek" every sun at 11 am!!! just don disturb us when we are watching our arshi kiss for godsake!!! u stuck tat reminder logo on their face when arnav was kissing khushi!!! how could u??
have u even thought about all the vms that will be affected by your silly promotion!!!😡
3.so..all the body doubles were also cordially invited to this roka of 2bodies 1 soul??? wow...😳
4. so patch work editor at work again!!! when khushi is dancing i saw that buaji n dadi are talking in the background.. then next shot buaji is dancing..cut to another shot..buaji n dadi are talking n akash trying to pacify... i thought tat scene took place when arnav n khushi were at the poolside😕😕
now i m so confused!!
5. note to PH-
there were hardly 15 people.. n the applause sounded as if there was an auditorium full of ppl...😆😆😆

the episode started on this note of parda hai parda by dadi ..But ASR getting his fill of khushi..by calling her alone to meet,by flustering her and getting an admission from her that with or without rituals,she is his.the raizadas and the maliks leave the gupta house talking about the roka ceremony...but there is another person who is in purdah..I am talking garima's purdah..what is she hiding ..why is she flustered and a nervous wreck?..why is she shivering with fear and acting odd?why is she in purdah..?..one secret that has been unveiled that is the love of arnav and khushi..another secret waiting to be unveiled..but when will that happen?

Sataane ke manaane ke
Yeh din hai aazmaane ke
Zara samjha karo dilbar, tumhe meri kasam

Arnav is all out to tease khushi but overhears anjali and buaji talking about the raksha daga..and also hears buaji and khushi conversation about the same..so he realises that slap from garima was because of him..he realises the amount of love his khushi has hidden in her heart for him when overhears that she defending his values even if it went against hers.so what does he realises?..that even if it is against his principles ,he will go through every rituals as subscribed by the elders..this is the test of love for him..the azmaana for him..the same thing applies to khushi ..i mean the aazmaana..but will this love see a test when the puradah of garima is unveiled..will this love stand tall as it has always done ?

so arnav on one side and khushi on the other side of the same city ...the separation though temporary is giving them sleepless nights.. khushi has come out of her adolescent dreams and replaced salman khan with ASR now..sanaka Devi has has come out of her teen dreams only to find her rajkumar who she Wants to spend the rest of her life... arnav not able to sleep without his wifey on the side ..he wants to feast his eyes with khushi''s face last thing before he sleeps and wake up every morning to a good day with her on the side...what has done to ASR..thawed the ice and felt him with a glow of happiness called khushi..so he is willing to do everything in his strength so that phenomenon stays on in his life..even smile when commanded ..both looking at the moon..laad governer is changing rules for his governerness ..but this physical separation is bitter sweet with promise of MILAN

Zameen hogi, gagan hoga
Tera mera milan hoga
Main agar tumse nazrein milaaya karoon
Laazmi hai ke tum mujhse parda karo

Milan is incomplete but the sweet promise remains that he will bring her back to his home as his wife in front of the society..though their love and marriage seeks no rituals..their family wants acceptance..so Happiness for themselves and their surroundings is what they seek.. Butthere is a veil , what is hidden behind the veil is the big question?

The morning brings in the roka ceremony with it..khushi places her hands in the hands of her rajkumar..the rajkumar who she trusts more than herself..the rajkumar who taken the pains to find out about ritual and conduct himself accordingly..how the mighty rise in love? How the mighty stand tall in front of love?..love it is that anjali has realised arnav has for his wife,left her with tears of joy..a surprised nani,happy Akash ,ecstatic payal,flummoxed dadi,and a emotional buaji who finds that arnav is ready to tie the dhaaga around his wrists for the sake of the love he bears for his wife..the celebrations continue with music ,dance and dhol with him soaking in the happinessKhulla dancing khushi ..love has conquered another summit.are the pathways of love as easy as they seems..no they are not..Shyam is just lurking around the corner looking at all the festivities with a wicked smile..what is he planning..? Has he entered the raizada house with the smoke screen that has the celebration has provided him with..is he the one who is shown changing the medicines in anjali room cabinet?is this part of the epiphany we are talking about ..or is it the dadi - Garima confrontation that will lead to the epiphanic moments..?whatever it is..the external fact have acting on the situation..will they be an impediment in this marriage?

Na apni yeh kasam toote

Will the epiphanies be responsible for trouble in the marriage or will it lead to promises being broken..?no no absoultely not..the promises are promises that arnav and khushi have made to each other..these will notbe allowed to be broken..so arnav takes his khushi ..his manna from heaven ..leading her to place where he can savour her alone..a heaven he has carved for khushi and himself where he seals his promises with kisses..he tells her that before an earthly separation again for a few more days ..he wants to fill himself with her scent..he wants to fill himself with the softness of her skin..he wants fill himself with the sweetness of her love..he wants to fill himself with a taste of her soul..desire coursing through their veins..but khushi half heartedly protesting that Di,dadi,buaji would come in..arnav is not worried and shuts her protest with kisses..khushi's resolve weaking at every turn..but the sanaka Devi returns with the talk of aman interrupting ..and finally the epic moment of admission that she is KKGSR when ASR talks about her being only KKG who is an expert in spoiling romantic moments..can earthly or heavenly forces separate the earthly union of these two?

I would end to end this write up of mine reminding the reader of a famous sonnet by Shakespeare

I, Arnav Singh Raizada,

Take Thee Khushi Kumari Gupta,

To have and to hold

From this day forward...

When Arnav Singh Raizada put a bandage on Khushi Kumari Gupta's ring finger, oh! so many moons ago, in front of Devi Mayya at an auspicious hour - he did not count on one thing. That Devi Mayya had decided that this was the hand he was to have and to hold from this day forward ... for the rest of his life. He didn't believe in Devi Mayya and she did. He didn't believe in rituals and she did. He didn't believe in love and she did. He didn't... never mind - you already know the picture.

So one more mystery was laid out today. Oh! I'm not talking about Shyam in the Raizada mansion stalking the two of them, and putting mysterious pills in his wife's medicine bottles.

I am talking about WHY did Arnav drag Khushi out of the living room at GH after the Shagun. He never told her and so, we'll never know. My guess is that he wanted to kill two birds with one stone - p*** off Dadi-ma AND get some quality time with wifey - Talk about strategy! Bitwa has it going for him.

The Shagun is over, and the Raizadas leave. But not before he overhears Buaji telling Anjali about how she had wanted to put the rakhsa dhaga on him. Anjali tells Buaji that you know how Arnav is, he doesn't believe in all this. Once they are all out of the door, Buaji again tells Khushi how she had wanted to put the raksha dhaga on him. Khushi now repeats what Anjali had said - he doesn't believe in all this, why force him? Buaji reminds Khushi of how she'd gotten slapped because she defended him and now she was doing it again! She must love him very much. And of course, bitwa is right outside listening in to the conversation and realizes why she had been slapped. He steps inside to pick up his phone. As she hands it over, he tells her thank you - his eyes speaking to her like always - thank you for defending me and thank you for loving me.

Garima returns from her trip outside the house, right on time. Her terror about Dadi is now becoming evident to Buaji and Khushi, but they have other things on their mind as well.

That night neither can sleep. How wonderful to be in love that way!

Akash and Arnav had a brotherly bonding moment on their wedding day.. and Akash talked about what it was to be in love:

you cant bear it if the person you love is hurt

you cant bear it if there are tears in the eyes of your beloved

If she is not there with you, thoughts of her fill your mind

if she wants something, your heart wants to fulfill her every wish

And these feelings won't let you be in peace

and all you want to do is talk to her

Tonight - Arnav is experiencing all these things - all over again. Fully in love, open to all those feeling, he won't call her, what if she is asleep in her Taekwondo pose? But she is not either. She is saying goodbye to Salman Khan. No longer is he the hero in her life. Arnav Singh Raizada has taken his place of pride on her poster! The moon bears witness to the lover's yearning for each other. He smiles when she tells him to.

Tomorrow they pledge their acceptance of each other.

The engagement is definitely a toned down affair in Raizada House. Only Khushi's Buaji is there with her as she walks into the hall - to be greeted by Dadi and Mamiji. Oh no! Buaji stammers out a reason for Garima and Shashi's absence. They had been present at Payal's engagement when Shashi was not even in such good shape - but Garima's fear of Dadiji has dictated that she stay at home with her husband.

The whole family gathers for the engagement. Arnav leads Khushi to the mandap. Akash leads Payal towards it. This was a significant moment for Akash. He is happy for his brother. He is also learning how to deal with Dadi quickly. And it seems like putting on a color other than pink has also given him a set of new ones. Besides, Payal in hot pink is making up for Pinky time!

Arnav reveals that he has been studying up the rituals. Not a mistake this time - everything will be carried out to the letter, in detail and NO repeats - thank you very much! Khushi is surprised and touched at his knowledge of the order of the rituals. Even Dadi raises her eyebrows. She should be impressed by the dedication that her grandson has for this girl - that he will do things by the book - if only to ensure that NOTHING - not a single thing, will stop him from making her his own.

Side note: One thing always amazes me - parents bring up their children, give them moral values and teach them how to determine good from bad (ideally, that is). But when a child wants to marry a person of their choice, parents (in this case, Dadi) immediately question it. WHY? Do they not trust their children to make the right choice in a life partner, given that they are the ones who have provided them the tools to make that choice? It's as if, at that point in time - they question the way they have brought up their own children!

Khushi wants to be pinched so that she knows she's not in a dream. He complies - a quick pinch on the arm! (Um.. the SP nuns will okay that.. pinch on the inviting waist - What the?! Is THAT what fans want?)

The rings are exchanged and a sweet moment follows. Arnav reminds her of how he'd bandaged that same finger oh! so many moons ago in front of Devi Mayya.. (continue reading first para!) Technically, she was already his! She acknowledges that bond with two simple words - tab se! Since then - I have been yours and I have been tied to you.

So what Mamiji said was right - we are going to get repeat rasams as the two of them relive their untraditional rasams during the wedding. (Mystery solved!)

We the loyal fans have kept meticulous count of these - you know, you already missed the dupatta!. Finally, the CVs got something right! By the way, could we have got a closer look at the rings please? I mean - we're the spectators, right? We gotta know these things! Besides People magazine wont have a cover of it! So give us those shots, dudes!

The musicians enter the hall and the dancing starts. Khush and Arnav are dragged onto the floor. Mushy Arnav has completed his quota, its time to be ASR again. He stands around, smiling at his wife/fiancee dancing - it always made him smile as it does today. For a moment, he looks at his sister, alone in this joyous occasion and you see the pain in his eyes. But soon, its drawn back to the one woman whose day it is - Khushi. But its not just her day. Its his too.

So he grabs her hand, and pulls her away to their poolside - the place where they always had their private moment.

Dadi looks disgusted - suck it up, Dadi - you may be an irresistible force, but you've just met an immovable object! She turns her ire on Buaji, once again bringing up the fact that Garima and Shashi aren't here because Khushi is not their own daughter. And Akash steps into Bhai's shoes. He quietly diffuses the situation reminding us of who Akash used to be pre-revelation days. Calms down Dadi and gently takes Buaji away to join the festivities. Once again, Akash has become the most suljha huye of the three Raizada siblings!

Arnav's want for Khushi has him backing her up against a wall. He goes in for the kiss on the forehead - what follows has to be the most hilarious yet incredibly sensuous scene in IPK. Three kisses in succession - forehead, right cheek, left cheek. Three long lingering, lips pursed, I-want-you-now kisses. In between, Khushi's objections, Di might come, Dadi might come, Buaji might come. Him not acknowledging any of those excuses as his voice gets huskier with each 'Let them come'! Finally, her coup de grace - Aman might call - just as he leans in to seal the deal! WHAT?! Aman - why bring the poor chap into the scene..omnipresent as he is in ASR's bluetooth! If ever there was a killjoy its name is Aman. ASR tells her so, write a book on how to spoil a romantic mood, Khushi Kumari Gupta. She counters with the words she didn't let him finish the day before - Singh Raizada. Talk about teasing the audience - the CVs have it down to a fine art.

A question though - What is Khushi's aversion to being kissed? I am at a loss. You're engaged/married to him! So what's with the STOP sign? Or will my prediction/wish come true? The first kiss will be in anger, after all, isn't that their ummm... signature?

Do I want to even mention Shyam and his shenanigans? Nah! Let's not spoil the mood. Suffice to say he is definitely inside Raizada mansion, and meddling with Anji's meds. Hmmm... What will those meds prevent? the Baby? the wedding? both?

For some mood, I chose this song because its got Bon Jovi (how can you resist him?) and Richie Sambora; its filmed in Rome, Italia, a city that I fell in love with (the Trevi Fountain), and because its so appropriate for Arnav Singh Raizada.

WOW...what a wonderful episode...i am rendered speechless!! The beauty of the love, passion, care , intensity, growing desires, heart warming gestures, which was depicted today is indescribable⭐️!!
Today, formally the two souls were united, the two hearts became one once again, but this time in front of the whole world...& in such a lovely & mesmerizing manner!! Thank you Gul, Thank you Mr. Khan, Thanks to the whole team of IPK especially the Outstanding & Stunning SaRun, for giving us such a mind blowing & wonderful treat..👏👏👏

Right since the beginning --- from lovely heart-to-heart talk of khushi & buaji & how touching it was for arnav to hear khushi defending him like that, to the deeply meaningful "Thank You" of Arnav 😳 - actually thanking khushi for standing up for him & love him so truly & unconditionally, To such a lovely gesture of arnav i.e. making efforts & acquainting himself of all the rituals & traditions coz they matter so much to khushi...that scene really touched my heart...made my misty thinking about how much this man has changed in love...Daljeet, Sanaya, all the actors' expression were Bang On in that scene👏!!, then flashing his mesmerizing smiling through out the whole ceremony, I still cant stop drooling & blushing over Barun's dreamy & stunning smile😍😍😍, & finally to the most breathtaking moment of the episode, such passionate 3 kisses by arnav.☺️☺️☺️ & his unbelievably romantic words😳, "Aane Do"..which has never sounded more sizzling & sensuous before Barun spoke them today😳😳..I could hear my own heart beating loud & fast "Dhak-Dhak"... It was truly a Breathtaking moment😍😍😍😍. --- Simply WOW...Such an overdose of SaRun's passion & hotness in a single day.. was really too much for my very weak & tender heart!!!

SaRun once again proved that undoubtedly they are the hottest & the Most Sizzling Telly couple ever...their chemistry was crackling...igniting fire on the screen, truly too hot to handle😳😳😳!! Their scenes were oozing out the passion, intensity...really very sensuous romance!! Hats Off to Barun & Sanaya for giving such an episode...making us drool in their every little scene of today's episode👏👏!!
Esp. Barun - Hottie..you killed me today with your mesmerizing eyes & your magical smile, which made me go Awww😳...every time you flashed it!! I am reiterating again...But you truly are the King of Expressions & you Rock at Romance⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am totally gone deep in the ArHi dreamland to write any analysis today. I dedicate this song to ArHi today, please read the lyrics along with the pics...

20-20 Welcomes you all to the ROKA of Mrs.Khushi Kumari Gupta Singh Raizaada & Mr.Arnav Singh Raizaada...so, lets have some fun...shall we...

Q1. What happened after the Shagun?

A1. Mr.Harvard brains reaches GH & quoting technicalities, stumps Dadi's arguments against meeting Khushi!!!!

Q2. What happened next?

A2. In front of everyone, he takes Khushi's hand & takes her inside her bedroom.

Q3. What happens in Khushi's bedroom?

A3. Khushi is irritated by Arnav's high handed behavior, because she knows dadi wouldn't like it. But Arnav is unrepentant.

Q4. What happens next?

A4. Khushi explains the Roka ceremony to Arnav & the importance of the ring & the ring finger.

Q5. What does Arnav say to that?

A5. Arnav wants to know that, if without the ring Khushi is not his, to which she says that she is...this embarrasses Khushi no end & she mutters to herself that, 'bolna kya seekh gaye hain,hummey hi chup kara detey hain aaj kal'....

Q6. What happens after Arnav & family leave GH?

A6. Bhuaji had wanted to tie a rakhsa dhaga on Arnav's wrist, which first Anjali & then Khushi, explain to her that since Arnav doesn't believe in all these, he won't tie it...

Bhuaji is slightly upset, but Khushi reminds Bhuaji of Arnav's love & respect for the Gupta family.

Q7. What happens next?

A7. Bhuaji is highly amused by listening to Khushi defend Arnav & teases her saying that, 'aur waise bhi woh bahut sanki bhi hain, aur unka bachaav kar rahi hain humri maha sanka devi...kahe...bohot ishq karti ho na?' In reply of which Khushi hugs bhuaji, while a smiling Shashi looks on...

Q8. Who comes in next?

A8. Arnav comes in asking for his phone. He had been listening to the entire conversation between bhuaji & Khushi. When Khushi returns it to him, his thank you conveys to her that it isn't just for returning his phone, but for much more...

it was for always defending him...

it was for always getting hurt because of him...

it was for always understanding his beliefs...

it was for always respecting his wishes...

it was for always loving him...

it was for accepting him...

Q9. What happens after that?

A9. Garima comes back, all scared & confused & dejected. On being told that inspite of her absence the Shagun went off well, she breathes a sign of relief. But on finding out that the Roka ceremony was to be held the day after, she becomes flustered. Both bhuaji & Khushi look worried about Garima's unusual behavior.

Q10. What happens at night?

A10. Both Arnav & Khushi are unable to sleep, thinking about each other & missing each other. Khushi accepts to her matinee idol Salman Khan & to herself that, she's Arnav's & that now this should make Arnav very happy. Meanwhile, at RM Arnav smiles, as if his heart had heard & understood what Khushi had said...

Q11. What happens on Khushi & bhuaji's arrival at RM for the Roka?

A11. They are greeted on the door by dadi & mamiji. Dadi inquires about Khushi's parents & on being told that they hadn't come, turns back disgusted, to go inside.

Q12. What happens next?

A12. Both Khushi & bhuaji are joyously welcomed by the family. Then they all proceed towards the stage for the ceremony.

Q13. What happens at the stage?

A13. Arnav displays his knowledge about the ceremony to be held. He also gets the raksha dhaga tied from bhuaji. This leaves the entire family astounded & Anjali & Khushi teary eyed...that love had changed Arnav Singh Raizaada so much that not only is he going through all the rituals he did not believe in, but also has found out the details about those customs, is unbelievable!!!!

Q14. What happens next?

A14. Amidst all the love & blessings of their family members, Arnav & Khushi get engaged...

Q15. What does Arnav remind Khushi of?

A15. He reminds her that they had done this before. On her inquiry, he asks her to recall the incident where, he had bandaged her ring finger at the DM's temple. He tells her that she'd been his before today, & she reiterates by saying, tabse...

Q16. What happens next?

A16. Dhol wale come in & everyone starts dancing & enjoying themselves. Arnav sees his Di excitedly distributing everyone jalebi, Khushi's favorite sweet, & he gets very emotional...to see his Di being this happy & that too for Khushi!!!!

Q17. What did bhuaji & dadi talk about?

A17. Bhuaji comes to congratulate dadi about the wonderful completion of the Roka ceremony. Dadi again gets sarcastic regarding Shashi & Garima's non-attendance.

Q18. Who has suddenly grown a spine?

A18. Aakash...he overhears dadi badmouthing Payal & Khushi's parents to bhuaji. He comes over & informs dadi, that it was in fact his suggestion that they don't attend today's function as it would have been physically stressful for Shashi. Then he takes bhuaji away with him for dancing...leaving a glaring dadi behind!!!!

Q19. What happens next?

A19. Arnav pulls a dancing Khushi from the crowd & takes her with him to the poolside...

Q20. And...?

P.S. Shyam is doing chedkhani with Anjali's meds...not a good sign...

When I watched the epi today, I was struck by two contradictory feelings... the happiness all around and the impending doom! I felt, enjoyed, basked and feared in all these emotions..

Happiness, smile, love and truth

The ever so silent Raizada has started to speak his heart out rendering the ever talkative Lucknow express speechless. She always has been the one to speak whatever is in her heart and she does the same today but on cue of her soul mate. A fact well registered by her. "Bolna kya seekh liye, humein hi chup kara dete hain aaj kal" 😆 .She is flustered on admitting that rituals do not make a difference for her as well, even without the customary "roka", she is already his..and always was...

The RM wasis start to return to their mahal and bid adieu affectionately! Really liked how Naniji bends down and pays her respectful namaste to Bauji, total contrast to the blatant disregard of dadi the other day!

The happiness, relief on Buaji and Babuji's face is evident for Dadiji did not take the maha-kali roop atleast not during the shagun! Buaji being the simple woman she is, wants to tie Raksha-dhaga on her hone waale damad ji to ward off all the evil (Read shyaam). She first says it to the woman who can make Arnav agree to do anything. When that doesn't result in a positive answer, she approaches his heart, woman for whom he can do anything! She tells Khushi what she wants to do and then empathizes with Arnav bitwa's skepticism. But then also shows her dissapointment as nothing major would happen if he actually for once did agree to tie that Dhaga. 😆

To her surprise and her delight, khushi defends her Rajkumar, a fact well noticed, acknowledged by her loving aunt, who does not shy away from teasing her about that!😊 Not just that, she voices what she already knows about her maha sanka devi doing "bahut isq" with that other sanki 😆

I loved it..the happiness, smile and satisfaction of a mother for her daughter's marriage, for her loving the would-be-groom and teasing her about it! It warmed my heart, it did!😃

Plus she also gave away the "reason" of that slap. Arnav hears it and understands that its in his defense she got that mark on her cheek, he is guilty for unintentionally playing a part in that and happy for the love she has for him!

He enters to take his phone, she gives it to him, He leaves. But in between all this, a lot is said, heard, understood. He is sad for that chaanta, sad for him being the way he is, for not believing in rituals which will probably make his Buaji happy. And most importantly, he is grateful. His "thank you" is for her defending him, for loving him inspite of him being the way he thinks he is.

Its no wonder, she reads the emotions in his eyes, is moved. This is probably the first time she has said "bye" to him, he responds back with the promise of taking her as his bride very soon...

The love is all that he feels for her. So much so that he is unable to sleep as her presence is instilled in that side of the bed, in the room, in his life. He wants to talk to her, hear her voice, rejoice in the feeling, but a changed man that he is, how can he disturb her sleeping in her "Taekwondo" pose.

She is however awake, removing SK from her fantasies for she has found the man of her dreams.

"ab hum paraye ho gaye"..She could have done that long time back, when she felt her "dhak-dhak", when she knew that she loves him..Why now then? Because she was waiting for that acceptance, that acknowledgement, that assurance that she is what he wants for life. She has got it now, she knows in her heart what rishta she has with her rajkumar, she is claimed by him! Liked this for what it represented...Even in dreams, her hero, her fantasy is Arnav...and no one else..😳 And she wants to see him now as she always sees him in her dreams..smiling...and because he is her soul mate, he just does that!! I Loved seeing their smile. It brings such contentment!!😆

The Roka ceremony is all smiles and happiness. NK welcoming them with his famous Camera, Arnav bitwa touching Buaji's feet, Staring at khushi before taking her hand ,Khushi staring back before giving her hand and behind them Nk Signalling Akash about this smooth move of his Nannav bhai..😆

His being awake last night has been put to good use as he familiarizes himself with all the rituals in a Roka and completely surprises everyone. Khushi is stunned for its like a gift to her. It's the thought behind the action, to know about something which he has absolutely no belief in..and he takes this pain only for her, for ensuring everything goes by the book.

To top that, he requests Buaji to tie the Raksha dhaga on his hand. Thus fulfilling his damaad duty in a way, by respecting her wishes and making her happy...Khushi's extreme delight and wonder is worthy of answering the unanswered puzzle "what a woman wants". 😆

Khushi is still dazed and Arnav is a little embarrassed and conscious. The whole "Chimty katiye" was done very well, finishing with the happy smiles of the couple!😃

The segment was lovely because of everyone's happy faces! The happy, smiling family moments like these make the pain of watching Dadi's face worthwhile!!😆

I was surprised that he remembered the bandage-engagement. I always thought it will be Khushi. but then, I did not know that ASR in love is thisdeadly! Loved her saying "tab se"...😳 yes, before shyaam could stake a claim on her, she was already Arnav's...Oiyee!!

Arrival of dhol and naach-gaana and everyone joins in! khushi danced just the way she always dances. But what was most striking in this whole scene was that Arnav after seeing Anjali, sees Khushi, forgets his di and moves towards his love....He sees her sister, emotions take over for he feels her loneliness and wants to step ahead perhaps. And then sees khushi and goes towards her!😃

I think that is a first, first time he has ever overlooked his di for Khushi! And I cant say I felt sorry for di because I was too happy for khushi..😆

"jinhein milna hai to kuch bhi ho aji mil jaatein hai, dilo ke phool to patjhad mein bhi khil jaatein hai"... the lines say it all!!😳

He takes her to their love abode to take a fill of her face, she gets nervous for she is scared somone will see them. But this is Arnav Singh Raizada..how can he be scared of anything or anyone. 😆

I dont think I can really write about what happens in the next few minutes except that he knows his moves and she is completely under his spell...😆

I loved the hesitation on her part, the determination of his, the tenderness he showed, the love she felt! It was the melting moment. Definitely!!😳

Anger,Danger,Revenge and Lies

The minute the love birds walk out of the room, a very angry and unhappy Dadi decides for RM wasis to leave for their home. She is still fuming at Arnav daring to refute her on her face and she cant come to terms with it easily. Her next move is surely to be watched out for!

Garima is not ready yet to face her fears. For today, somehow she has postponed the inevitable. but the question is till when she can play this game of hide and seek with Dadi. Because she has been marked by dadi whose only concern is to see Garima... And garima knows that, understands it, fears it.

The ripples she is creating have started to be felt by Buaji and Khushi today. They sense her fear, her bizarre and disoriented behavior. But will they act upon it and try to seek answers from her?

Garima's absence angers and irritates Dadi! Till when she can actually be patient and civilized enough because of this, we need to see..

The blissful ring ceremony and the happiness atmosphere is being observed through a camera by Shyaamwa the creepwa. But instead of getting angry, he is smiling. That gives me more chills than ever. Because that means that he has a plan which he is about to execute or maybe it is being executed already. *Shudders*..

Loved the symbolism here. The colorful picture of Arnav-Khushi is being seen as black and white by shyaam. For he cannot see the colors, the light that surrounds those two. No matter what, he will not be able to touch them.. Because dark can never prevent light from spreading!😈

The man in white with a black heart is attempting to fiddle with the medicines Anjali's Patidev has asked her to have. Why? What is the purpose here? Is the man Shyaam? And if yes, how did he reach RM when he was just at his control room watching the events? Or is it that the Control room is itself in RM and thats why we keep seeing his shadow playing peek-a-boo with Arnav time and again?

The Danger is lurking, the past is roaring, Dadi with her anger and Shyaamwa the creepwa with his revenge!

And amidst all this the love blossoms, heart melts and smiles spread!

The war of the good and the bad is about to begin and I am eagerly waiting to see how the good defeats the bad!! Eagerly!!

Other little things to ponder:

Akash is not wearing any shade of pink and that gives me relief.
Also, he stood up for Garima and Babuji today! He diffused the situation and helped Buaji come out of that position! Wah Aakash Bitwa, aaj to kamaal kar diya.
Dadi again and again mentioning about Garima and Shashi not being the "sage" parents of khushi, just plain annoys me! WTH!😡
NK says "Dhoka". I wonder what Dhoka is he talking about? Arnav's dad? His chacha? Dadi?
Khushi and only Khushi can talk about Aman when Arnav is about to kiss her! It had me in splits! She is really the true soul mate of his..and he knows and enjoys that!!😆
I felt the epi was little rushed today! Everything just happened quickly!Maybe its because the two themes- past and present are getting entwined and Garima running away from Dadi cannot be shown for long. But still, my starved heart said "ye dil maange some more".😛
Barun Sobti and Sanaya Irani, you leave me speechless! I love you both and thank you for doing this role with so much sincerity.👏

It was perfect 10 for me..

On Friday a lot of loose comments had been said a lot of them were nullified yesterday ...

The take away is Arnav is straddling khushis world and has tied the raksha dhaaga for his safety and for the wedding festivities..

Dadi i is conducting ceremonies...she is irritated with mom not appearing but is not giving it importance as its not khushi real mom...

So on wedding day...Garima if she has to face them why not face them and save khushi the trouble...

The pull from the dance floor was nice... Arnav knows khushi likes dancing... But now he doesn't want to admire her from sidelines ... Wants to get intimate with her..😳

I really have to see khushi blushing ...these days...
