😊 I am going to start posting in limited capacity now. This will be my last topic for the month and I don't know when I should be posting the next one. Maybe after things in my own life get settled and I am ready to have a good time again. So, this is my last topic for the month, make it special. We all know some STARS in Bollywood do limited films. One film a year or every two years makes people anxious and waiting after a long gap could hurt or help you. Hrithik had a big blockbuster with Agneepath, but now it is to long now. He needs to have another release to cash in on his success or the public will lose interest. Same with AAMIR! His Talaash has been delayed several months now. It will not carry the hype now that it once did. Please share your thoughts. Do BOLLYWOOD STARS hurt from doing LIMITED films?

Noo. I dont think doing the NUMBER of films has anything to do with their success and talent.

One film or 6 films a year ...doesnt matter as long as he does justice to his role(s).

Doing limited films, however has it's own advantages - the actor can focus all his talent, research, and polish his acting for a character if he does one film a year, because he has lotsa time. Plus, people will also keep looking forward. (happens with ppl like Hritik and especially, Aamir).

Well, even if they make a comeback after 3 years , if their movie is gonna be a hit then no worries.
For example hitrik and aamir took many gaps but when they returned, they came like a boom.

However in women this is different. When madhuri or karishma returned their movies were flop. Sadly we audience give men more chances than to women

Being a Hrithik fan wish he did more movies. But it doesn't hurt their careers I guess.

no if hrithik did crappy lots of movies he would be lost by now

because he did one agneepath and one ZNMD his stock is high as ever

i dont think anyone will put akshay kumar above hritihik in box office terms

neither ranbir kapoor who also hasnt had a release for some time

quality not quantity

I think every actor should do ideally two films a year. A long gap helps them maintain quality but threatens their visibility and is also risky. Like Shahid tried following this one film at a time policy but he is going thru a bad phase now that his Mausam has bombed.
