Pooni halts Arjun & Purvi's marriage in Pavitra Rishta!

Interruptions in marriages are a common sight in TV today with a third person ensuring the marriage does not take place. The same drama seems to unfold in Balaji Telefilms' Pavitra Rishta with Pooni's ( Jia Mustafa) re-entry on the show.

As Arjun (Rithvik Dhanjani) and Purvi ( Asha Negi) are set to unite in holy matrimony, Pooni ensures that this does not happen by brainwashing Ovi (Shruti Kanwar) to suit her purposes. Pooni's negativity seems to get the better of her as she wishes to see Purvi unhappy.

When Pooni turns Ovi's against Purvi, Ovi in turn will go ahead and convince her father, Manav (Hiten Tejwani) to stop the two from getting married. But what turns out to be Purvi's loss will turn into Ovi's gain courtesy Pooni who will ensure that she does her best to get Arjun and Ovi married.

This leaves the Deshmukh family very happy but will Pooni be successful in her endevaours?
