We has viewers already know that Kashish loves Sujal..Remember just a few epsodies Kashish was saying to her self that ONLY Sujal understood her but too bad he didnt like others.. She said or thought out of everyone she thought Sujal would be the one person who would understand her and know why shes doing this..But if i was in her position i would tell Sujal before hand keep him updated and wouldnt wwant to lose my love, life. She just things she a superwomen and doesnt need anyone. At least Sujal would have been with her.
