Can anyone me that in which episode it was mentioned that khusi is garimas sisters daughter? I havnt come across it. i might have missed it . If it is not so then garima can be arnav's biological mom and this will be more excited 😃. pls help

yes Khushi can be Garima's sister's daughter who was reason behind misery of Arnav and Anjali's past it is most appropriate assumption I suppose
