no, he can't become a father. Which girl r u talking abt???????? his first wife or the girl who was Vaidhi's friend. His first wife got pregnant from a affair with his boyfriend, Sameer. 😊

Vaidehi friend got pregnant coz of his brother, Yash. It was Yash not Aryan. 😊
