Since my childhood I have seen Pepsi bottles lying on my dining table and I have relished the drink. I am still healthy and nothing has happened to me, so I don't know what to say about the current controversy, except that I will definitely continue consuming the drink," said actress Priyanka Chopra, when asked if she will ask people to stop drinking the beverage that she endorses. "Let our government look into the facts and deal with it. I won't name the products but there are other food products which are more harmful to the health of our people. The health ministry should take proper action in this matter. But we, as celebrities, are just doing our work," she justified.
About why she has not responded to her ex-publicist Prakash Jaju filing a case against her, she said, "I was outdoors when he filed a case against me. I couldn't respond to it. I don't want to speak more on this issue. Time and proof will decide who is right and who is wrong." Priyanka is now eagerly looking forward to Dharmesh Darshan's Aap Ki Khatir. She has also worked with Dharmesh's brother Suneel before. So how was it to work with both of them? "Suneel Darshan is good in his own way. Dharmesh is good and is different from Suneel. Working with Dharmesh was great fun. His film is light and comical, and in my opinion it's a 'popcorn' film. Nevertheless, my first film Andaaz with Suneel helped me learn a lot as a beginner and it was my privilege to work with him," she said.
Priyanka also slams rumours about not getting along with Amisha Patel during the shooting of the film. "When it comes down to my relationships with my co-stars, I don't know why you people feel that if two stars work together, they always fight. In fact the competition becomes tough and this competition enforces us to bring out the best in us. When I see others performing, I feel like giving my best.
The competition is always healthy. As far as fights with Kareena during Don are concerned, you'll be surprised that we hit it off very well. So much so that during our leisure hours we would go shopping together after work, while we were shooting for the film together. I like Kareena and we had no hiccups at all. Amisha is such a lovely person. In fact Dharmesh had to keep us apart during shooting," she insists.
