Use Clear Gel cream on pimples. You can get it from an Pharmaceutical store.

some people beleef that toothpast helps against pimples. Toothpast can dry out pimples but i am not sure if they are able to disappear totally. I never have tried it before but drinking water can do wonders for your skin condition.
