i think khushi has decorated the bed to make ARNAV happy...because khushi has changed the dress..but arnav is still in the suit of FRIDAY's ...so to make him happy or out of stress, khushi has probably done all these suhagraath arrangements...

may be later arnav will tell her "we wont do this nw...we will do it after the proper marrigae with all rituals...i was just joking with u khushi to irrritate u...but u did all this for me...so i am happy...but its my duty nw to keep u happy n do what u want..."".then they will hug...and the song "tumko bhi he khabar"...
