MG: A STRANGE ENCOUNTER pt 5 pg 49/aug 25(complte)

My friend, meera and I were coming back to my home from school .only some days and then we will too join our dream college . We took a cab. We were talking about our classes.

She asked me, "Have you solved the questions which were given by Sir?"
I nodded.

She asked again, "Could you give me solution?"

I replied, "Yeah, but I have solved in rough register with short languages. Actually, Sir doesn't check the solution. He says that if we have solved, it's enough.i mean how can he say its enough don't know why they are playing with our future meera"

She said, "Don't worry. I absolutely understand geet its just they are least bothered about us'"

I gave her my register and she thanked me. She got off at her stop. My stop was far so we said 'bye' and she left. Mostly people got off at another stop. Now, I and a guy were in the cab except driver. I didn't notice him. I was looking outside from cab. I got off at my stop, gave the change to the driver, and walked towards my home. I was thinking about my study on the way. After five minutes, I heard a guy's voice behind me, "Excuse me." Rarely, some people passed by that road. What can I do? It was my way. I saw here and there. I thought that he was saying to someone else. However, there was nobody. I turned back, saw him and asked him, 'me' by moving my hand. He nodded. I stopped. I thought that he needs my help. He came near me. We started to walk.

He opened his mouth for saying, "I was following you. You remembered. I was in cab with you."
I saw towards his face. I remembered. I nodded. I was thinking. Why is he following me? Do I know him? I never saw him in my life before it.

He continued, "I like you. I wanna friendship with you."

Geet st: ohh my god what is he saying '. Is he mad 'oh god geet get away he's a stranger'

As he was saying a sentence, my mind was running with my thought. What! He likes me? How can a person like another in first sight? I am in school dress'.gosh school dress I don't even like this dress and he liked me in this is he blind'. Babaji help me'I mean If I would be in any party dress, I can think so. I am an average girl by looking. Why will any guy like me? I remembered that he tried to talk me in the cab but I ignored. I was smiling by heart because I was thinking. He was making me fool. However, I am not an idiot. I know very well guys' tricks.

geet: (smiled cheekily) "Actually, I go to college with my sister. Today, she didn't come because of some problem. My parents will not allow me. They are very strict. If they will know our friendship, I don't know what they will do with me. So sorry, I am not interested."

He passed smile and we were walking with silence.

He suddenly asked out of the blue, "Has there another road which I can go? Actually, I don't live here. I live in vasant kunj. When I was following you, an old man was staring at me. If I would go this way, he will understand that I was following anyone."

I smiled and told with pointing the next road, "You can go that road. After some steps, there has a crossing. You will turn towards police station. There is a street and you will reach another road."

He asked as he was a wanted criminal, "Police station?"

I nodded. He continued, "Actually, nothing thanks anyways '.. is there any other way.

I told him, "There is no another way except it."

He nodded.

I suggested, "We should walk separate. station and my home are near from here. If any neighbor sees me with you, it will also create problem with me."

He asked, "Where is your home?"

I told him, "My colony is started another turn against the station."

He nodded and we separated. It was my first chance when a guy asked me and I talked him with politely. I can't believe myself that I talked to a guy politely after that he was asking me for friendship. He was first person who was asking me directly otherwise nobody asked me for friendship. My friends say that boys have no dare to ask you directly.

I laid on my bed and was thinking about him.

Geet: Will he really wait for me? Perhaps, he was kidding with me. I don't believe in love at first sight. Maybe, I was wrong. Was he serious? No chance, How can a guy...? If he waits for me at that stop, what will I say to him? I already denied him. Why will he wait for me there when he knows my answer?

geet, why are you thinking about him? Stop thinking and just sleep. That day, I slept in daylight. Usually, I never sleep in daylight.

After two days, I don't know that he waited for me or not. I didn't go to college because of rain. Only a thinking of him was in my mind. I didn't tell anybody even, my friends.

After passing the intermediate, I took admission in Degree College with my friends. We were very glad because in my opinion, it's a dream of mostly teenager.

As usual, meera, Kirtika and I went to canteen and sat on chairs. We were enjoying our chatting and laughing. A guy came near our table and asked, "May I take this extra chair?"

I turned back to see him. I was shocked to see him in front of me. He was also looking shocked. I got up from my chair and said, "Hey."

He only said, "Hey."

"What a surprise. How are you here?" I know it's a stupid question, what is anyone doing in college.

He smiled and replied, "I am also a student of this college. How are you?"

"I am fine and you?"

"Fine."

"Do you not attend regular lecturers? I never saw you."

"No, I attend regular but I also never saw you. Can I borrow this chair from you? My friends are waiting for me."

I only nodded and he left. I know why he was behaving like that. I also turned my to friends and sat. My friends were looking at me shocked.

"Do you know him? Who is he?" Kirtika asked.

"How do you know? He is your friend. But you never told us about him." meera asked.

I replied, "Hold, One by one. If you will only ask, how can I give you answer?"

"Then tell us. What are you waiting?"

I told them what happened ago one year and some months.

"What! You are telling us, now."meera insisted last word 'now.'

Kirtika said, "And you didn't ask him his name."

"No yaar, I didn't knew that he will meet me here. I didn't think about it. Moreover, it was no matter I know him or not and how."

After finishing our lunch, we left. I didn't see towards him where he was. My friends told me where he was. According to them, his back was towards us. I didn't want to think about him.

However, I felt myself unable forgetting about him. Why was I ?????? when he took the chair along with him and went to his group ' one of his friend teased him'..
